The restaurant was dirty.. chemicals throughout the place on counters by drink machines . The mop bucket was setting on the floor. No wet floor signs . Trash over the entire floor, it didn't look like anyone had mopped in weeks . Employees on the phone are propped up inside and outside . I did see 1 pregnant women actually taking the mop and cleaning out under the drink machine the napkins and straws inside the bags were placed in the lobby at 1 table and black stuff looked to be inside the bags. The guts should have helped the pregnant girl instead of being on phone and everything else she seems to be working however her with the mop was more bc she was so pregnant I'm sure but then again it could have been habit for all Employees. The food was actually good, though I just think osha would have a field day inside this restaurant it was lunch time also and only 1 customer came beside us into lobby more could have been accomplished as far as a team and cleaning. I won't go back . To the manager who replied to my experience from this store I will not go to any other website to communicate it will take more time than I'm willing to spend also sorry for my dissatisfied experience it was disgusting. Read moreThis review is based on our last two attempted visits. On our first visit, I called my order in. The food was good, but they have cut down on the amount of food and increased the price. Today, I called with a second order. My dad is 87 and he loves Captain D's. We were going to be spending about $40. I called about an hour( about 3:00p.m. ) before I wanted the order, to ask a question about a menu item, and the manager answered the phone. He was very pleasant and gave me the information that I needed. He told me that they were extremely slow, so if I call back about 15 minutes before I wanted to pick up the order it would be ready. Wanting to pick up about 4:15p.m., I called back about 4:00p.m. A young man answered. I said that I would like to place a pick-up order. He asked me to hold on for a moment, and put the phone down. I waited 7 minutes, all the while listening to the employees having non-work related conversations. Finally, I hung up and attempted to call back, to which I got a "busy" line response from the call. It is now 4:40 p.m., and still a "busy" line signal. I then placed our order at Hooks Chicken and Fish in Moultrie. They promptly answered and took my order. I don't think we'll be ordering...

I am a loyal customer and the food I buy often is pricey, furthermore, today my food was served to me overly cooked and burnt. I asked the lady manager and staff could I get a new meal with better quality. The manager and kitchen staff was very rude to me, I waited 45 minutes and they served me a second salmon dinner that was more severely burnt and unappetizing. I also heard the manager laughing in the kitchen while the girl on front counter pulled out a cigar rolling it in her fingers while she cursed and laughed with the kitchen staff about how burnt my food was and that I need to go to Burger King and have it my way.
