OMG...Have you ever had to call the police about a fast food order? Ok, so I come here once a week for our fastfood day. Normally, we come on a different day and experience a taller, nice manager who's friendly and respectful. NEVER, in my life have I been treated with such disrespect by an employee or manager ANYWHERE. It started when I asked if we could receive fresh frys since the ones given were soggy and he said, "no". I said, "well give me my money back and I will go to another store". He told me to "call corporate, they don't give refunds". Wow! I said, "look, I come here all the time and this is a $30 order, why are we arguing?... Just give us frys or refund the money". He refused and without warning, took our sadly owned soggy frys and THREW THEM IN THE TRASH, still refusing to give us new ones... But wait...there's more... By letting him know I'm getting one or the other, I put my car in park. He says, "go ahead and waste your gas". "There are microphones and a camera". I pointed to my dash cam and said, "so do I". He then took out his phone and began recording us. At that point I ended up calling the police, very embarrassed doing so for the reasons but I was absolutely leaving with frys or my money back. Police arrived (3 of them) and right away informed me that this has been an on going problem with this manager for awhile. All calls involve: not refunding money, refusing service and not correcting orders. This is the only restaurant they deal with for this issue and for the same person. They also said they tried to push reports to the city attorney but it is a civil issue. Sounds like a class action waiting to happen. The officers where so nice to go and request my frys and then walked back out with them in hand. Yeah...after allllll that! Lastly.... I got home to also find out they shorted us a peice of chicken. Didn't bother calling or going back for obvious reasons. Jeesh! Why treat people so bad with zero customer service and an "oh well" attitude though? I don't get it. I'll be calling corporate and would like to know why they are allowing this behavior. No one deserves this type...
Read moreI went to this location for the first time yesterday. I spent $53. Yesterday. When I got home I realized the employee charged my $4 more for two apple pies that's 1.99. I don't know how u charge someone $8 for 2 pies but ok. Simple mistake so I go back I didn't have my receipt for the pies but i had the receipt for my recent purchase i made, everyone knows when u do a transaction are in the computers. So Bryan the manager was being a unprofessional over giving me $4 back for being charged extra for two pies he found it funny and he was very disrespectful all because I didn't have a receipt that his assistant manager at the time that was standing right there that took my order could of said no that's my fault I didn't give her the little e-paper that comes out of the machine. Bryan the manager said it was my fault I didn't get a receipt but it's his job as well as his employees to make sure the customer geothermal receipt. Bryan found it funny and even called the cops because I wouldn't move out the line . So instead of giving me back $4 making things right as a employee thats representing a brand and let the customer have a great experience and continue to have them come back when I made a $45 purchase earlier. I didn't get my $4 instead I was told by the police officer that aware of Bryan poor unprofessional customer service skills the company lost a customer. I will not go back to that location and I will also tell all my friends and anyone that goes there my bad encounter with the manager for my first time experience. Let me not forget that when a customer came up to the window there order he refunded the customer back and she didn't have a receipt. The whole time Bryan laughing and thinking what he did was right. I will continue to complain yo corporate until they do something about the manager Byran and his assistant manager that instead of doing the right thing they choose to handle it poorly unprofessional horrible customer all over $4. Read moreAwful customer service!! I ordered 2 regular combos with 2 drinks. My wings were not sauced correctly, I did not receive any ranch (even though I asked at the drive thru), and was given 2 small drink cups. I let the worker at the drive thru know I ordered 2 regular/medium drinks. He said that the owner only orders 2 cup sizes: small and large at their store. So all customers who order medium drinks get small drinks!
I think it’s unfair to charge the price for medium drinks and be given a small. Cups and syrup can’t cost that much difference, right? I would have had no problem if they gave all who ordered medium drinks a large due to this error, but giving smalls when you order mediums… That’s asking the customer to eat the cost of the size difference!! Not in this economy!!
When I complained about the small drink sizes, the worker took back the two small drinks and gave me a large. Sure!! Fine!! But where is my fiancé’s drink? We ended up having the split a large at home in our own cup, not convenient.
They refused to give us another drink cup and said they would call the cops on us??? They escalated it so quickly, I’ve never experienced something like this!! I’m a girl in my car! What can I do to them? I just asked if they could give me a second drink I PAID for?
I left and gave up and I will NEVER eat at a Popeyes again!!!!
The owners place orders on the drink cup sizes! If you make a mistake and forget to order medium size cups (to save syrup money I suspect), you need to make it clear at your drive thru, at the store, on the app....
