This is my first ever review written about anything, usually I don’t care enough to write these things but on Thursday night (10/17) I went through the drive thru and ordered a shredded chicken mini quesadilla with sour cream and a 5 layer burrito. I get home to eat them and realize that the sour cream is in a container on the side so I go to open up the quesadilla and find that it’s made with the wrong tortilla. Once I opened the tortilla to put the sour cream inside, I find that there’s almost no chicken in it. I wish I could post a picture of it.
I decided to call and tell them. A younger guy answers and tells me that I’d have to come back to the store which I didn’t have time to do, so I asked to speak to the manager to see if I could come back the next day. He goes to give the phone to the manager, without putting me on hold, so I can hear everything that’s going on in between this time. She asked him “who is it” and he told her that I wanted to speak to the manager. Then I hear some more muffled conversation and then it just went silent. Then I was hung up on.... ok. I was a little shocked but gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an accident so I call back, no one answers. It starts making the dial up noise after about 30 seconds of ringing. Pretty weird.
I felt that this experience was super rude and while it was only a $1 quesadilla, I expected there to be chicken in it as normally there is and I have no problem with ordering at this location any other time. All I wanted was another shredded chicken quesadilla made correctly. If you are a manager, you have to deal with customers issues....
Read moreAlright I want to preface this by saying I’ve literally been to this Taco Bell as long as I can remember. I’ve been in Mounds View for almost 22 years, and it’s a pattern with this Taco Bell to go in waves. It will be fantastic for a bit and then everything tastes awful and is made wrong or will have a ton of not so kind employees and missing order items. What’s super frustrating is that over the past few months (minus the construction times) this Taco Bell has given us meat on our vegetarian items—not once, not twice, not even three times, but five times. Every time I convince my spouse we should give em another go. It’s so frustrating because by the time we get home we don’t want to go back and I don’t want to unwrap all the food and grilled tortillas without washing my hands. On top of that this location has not been giving out recipes, especially when they ask you to pull around, which in my understanding of my own time in the food insurer, is when they’re trying to beat their...
Read moreI'm changing my review from 5 Stars to 1 stars. After messed up orders and bad service, I have changed my rating. I constantly have stuff missing from my orders every time I have went. And tonight the drive through guy was high as a kite, barely keeping his eyes open passing my drinks and food to me. I just want my food guys, it's not that hard. Please do some major clean up with your crew, you need hard training and more discipline. Workers currently have free reign over the place to do as they please. As once use to be the best spot in New Brighton is now the dumpster of the city. How does someone not make a entire meal and forget two drinks. IT SAYS ON THE RECEIPT EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDERED. it should be nothing but perfect and I'm not even talking about the quality of the food. I think I speak for all of New Brighton, PLEASE get your staff in order and fix you...
