Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Mounds View

The young lady taking my order was laughing with her colleagues over the speaker. I had to ask multiple times if she could put in my perks number . When I asked her again she seemed annoyed. During my payment with a card, she held out their wand thing… she stood there not paying attention , laughing and talking to her colleagues for about 3 minutes. Not being mindful that I could not see the screen. After she was done with her conversation, she rudely told me I had to select a button on the pad, in which I could still not see. Overall, I will not being going back to this location. It needs to be closed, due to this not being the first time having problems with their staff. I will gladly take my business elsewhere where. I work here to I may be biased but this caribou has great customer service with the goal of making customers happy & not just making money off of selling food & drinks. All drinks are made in store & sandwiches are very tasty. More busy in the morning but if you come in the afternoon it's usually not busy. Definitely would recommend stopping here for a drink every once in a while. 2 times in the last 3 weeks when I've stopped by for hot coffee I get instead something that was luke warm at best.

I'm not asking for anything crazy, just a large dark roast, nothing added. I want it got, n9t lukewarm. Nothing kills a good mood like barely warm coffee in the morning.

I had to heat it up to make it drinkable. Don't have this issue at the other Caribou just u the road.
