They sat us down took about 5 minutes for her to get to us she got her drink order we sat there for over 20 minutes even the manager went around to the other table is asking if everything's all right never came by us we were still sitting there with nothing so I got her attention ask why she so rude to us the manager that is so what's wrong I said we board her food everybody else has gotten theirs and eating we haven't got our drinks so what's going on here so she gets the waitress and she finally brings her drinks out it says your food is on its way food wasn't that good that waitress is very rude and especially the manager treating us that way also didn't give us a discount for the inconvenience the trouble or anything so I'll never go back there again especially with people...

First, a coupon emailed to me that said could be used online, when added to the order was rejected. We had to place the order at the restaurant to go and the coupon was applied. Customization of the order was detailed for the burgers ordered. Once home, neither burger was made to order. It's like what was asked was completely ignored. A salad that we were told was in the bag, we found was not when we got home. Also, we ordered a slice of banana cream pie, but were given lemon instead. Very poor attention to detail when preparing and filling our order and we even asked the person who took the order if everything was correct and in the bag before they gave it to us. We do not eat out often. Perkins has been and will continue to be our first choice no matter if we dine in or have take out. The staff is top notch very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Management has always gone above and beyond making us feel welcome and comfortable. We have witnessed the team at Perkins in Moundsville pull together during some of their busiest times and continue to serve with a smile and professional attitude for all their customers.
