Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Moundsville

We were here for a family dinner 11-6-23. We had a 3 table combination in the middle of the dining area. When we went in and were seated there was a man already so drunk that he was screaming as loud as could at a game going on the TV, there was always at least 2 full glasses of beer sitting on the couples table. They thought it was funny that every time they looked around the room, the other customers were totally fed up with his drunken antics and kept checking and grinning at all in the area around him making sure he was making it very uncomfortable for the other guests. The couple was very annoying. When someone asked the guy to calm down and hold it down, the drunk told the customer, to shut up, no one could tell him to hold it down. Then my husband turned around and told the drunk he had been an annoying drunk the whole time every one was there. There were several tables with small children eating at this time, Sunday evening about 5 pm. When everyone at our table got their food mine was forgotten as well as the toddlers meal. My husband had gone to the counter 2 times before this incident and asked for a manager to come out and handle the situation. The manager refused to come out. I don't know how many other customers had done the same request to do something about the drunk. This is apparently a local couple since we found out that they were there the weekend before causing the same problem. I dread going in here. Service is very slow. Loud, overstimulating atmosphere (to be fair- yes- I know it's a sports bar) but when an employee presses on the DoorDash tablet that an order is ready to be picked up it is reasonable to assume you won't be sitting in there for 20 minutes waiting. I ordered a couple times personally and the food was almost inedible. Soggy tortilla chips with congealed cheese. Did not include the correct sides. Sometimes absolutely no one greets you at the host stand. Rather than utilizing the pick up shelf they will hold the orders hostage beyond the employee/customer border and you'll have to stand there until someone decides to acknowledge you. One time I was picking up for two separate customer's. I was presented one for Customer A- employee insists that it was actually for Customer B and changes the label. The way they were labeled originally was actually correct and she went out of her way to screw both of them up. I will say my vehicle's battery died once. The host came out without hesitation to offer her car for my jump pack (she knew of my issue because I had to return the DoorDash food which is against health code but oh well- neither of us get paid enough to argue with the outsourced DoorDash employee on the phone insisting I return it.) 5 of us stopped last night and waitress seemed inconvenienced and when we asked for menus we were told to scan the code on the table or download the app. Our order took 45 minutes 1 of our party ordered food to go as well as an order to eat in and it was brought to the table before any of us received our food. Once the food was delivered 2 of the 3 wing orders were cold, all French fries were cold and they brought us plastic utensils to use to eat. I think the mac and cheese should be renamed noodle soup not what anyone expected. Overall 2nd time here and will be the last. Service and food are not what they could be even during this time So it has been a few weeks since our last visit and I advised our party not to revisit this place but they said they wanted to give them yet another chance and lo and behold nothing has changed. 40 minutes to get our food that 4 out of 5 were cold and 1 got the wrong food. When 1 member of our party located the manager her response was she has new people. The party that sat beside us actually waited longer,they were there way before us, and asked for their check and said they would go somewhere else. Now I know they are going to say visit our website and fill out the forms and they will make it right but your manager had that chance and she opted to not do anything except make an excuse.
