McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Airy

Bought 2-6 piece nuggets and 1-4 piece nugget Happy Meals today, all with extra fries. Including my meal it was $30+. Told the cashier I would ask their mom what kind of dipping sauce the kids would want with their nuggets. Once the meals came I went back up to the counter to get extra ranch and ketchup. The same cashier that took my order handed me 2 ranch and about 4 packs of ketchup. I said I need more of each. She said I'll have to charge you. I said charge me for ketchup and ranch!?!? She said yeah. I said let me speak to the manager. Lady standing there says I'm the manager. I said I need more ketchup and ranch. She said I'll have to charge you!?!? I said I just bought 2-6 piece nuggets and a 4 piece nugget all with extra fries and you're going to charge me for ranch and ketchup. I finally managed to squeeze a 3rd ranch and another 4 packs of ketchup from her after I yelled!!! Steak house prices, mediocre food, no customer service=go somewhere else! It's not hard to find better quality food anywhere! Sheetz has better fries! Wendy's has better burgers! Customer service speaks loud and...

I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal and somehow they turned that into a sausage egg muffin when I ask a question they acted like I was stupid and would not fix it. The incompetence in this building is oozing out the doors y’all need to do better and where the is the receipt? you want me to give you a receipt to return things but you don’t give me a receipt when I pay my bill. This is McDonald’s I know I shouldn’t expect much but I should get what I ask for and pay for 100% of the time! Not just when ever they feel like getting you what you order and pay for. But since I know for a fact that the owners allow managers to sit in the parking lot of the McDonald’s and smoke meth, I don’t know why I even tried. Oh well no more of this place. I refuse to throw my money at incompetent people because I do work hard...

So my mama and Jen took the boys to the McDonald's on 52 with the playhouse,( about 2:30 Yesterday 8-5-17) kids were playing having a good time until Malachi came down the slide with blood down his side of his back. When my mother went up there to address the problem nobody acted to check the slide until the manager got there and from my understanding he just barely went up the slide for like 2 seconds and said everything was fine it was just friction. I'm not done with this we will be talking to higher up management Monday. I'm so angry about this!! We should be able to trust the safety of our children in McDonald's playhouses.
