Starbucks — Restaurant in Mount Airy

First time stopping at this location and probably the last time. I was on my way to work this morning. I'm on my motorcycle and I ordered a venti white mocha. The guy working this morning makes it fairly quickly. I put the green plastic in the lid of the cup secure it in my saddle bag then ride to work. Get to work clock in im eager to take a sip of that sweet white mocha to kick off my morning and immediately spit my drink on the floor. The guy working the barista didn't add any white mocha syrup/sweetener. Taste like heated milk and black coffee. Now I'm at work and can't leave to get it made right. What a waste of almost $7.00 how do you forget to add the sweetener. The drinking is literally three ingredients espresso milk and sweetener....

This has been my favorite starbucks for years, it has always been spacious, warm atmosphere and friendly people. Today it was not that busy, there were about 8 young people working, they werent rude but definitely were not friendly at all. I was served a room temperature coffee and the counters and floors were filthy, trash everywhere and the trash cans were overflowing. For a Starbucks, i feel like the baseline should be keeping the store clean, smiling and having a friendly warm greeting. None of these were my wife and my experience today. We’ve been here 40 minutes and still no one has cleaned anything and trash is still overflowing.. and its not that busy. And no soap in the bathroom. Maybe ill go to 7-11 next time. They are cleaner...

I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here...
