On Tuesday December 24th at 7:27 PM I placed an order for carry out at Buffalo Wild Wings at the Mount Clemons Location. I was informed that they would be closing at 8 PM. The according to the receipt the person that took my order was Alyvia, and she told me that the food would be ready in about 15 Min. I arrived at the locations about 15 Mins later and approached the front counter and Alyvia instructed me to head to the Bar to cash. When I arrived at the bar, I noticed that a bag of food was setting next to the cash register waiting pick up from a customer. I did not assume that it was my bag because there were a few people sitting at the bar. About 5 mins later Alyvia came up to process payment for my food. After waiting around for another 5 minutes or so a manager came up to her and it appeared that she was giving him some type of status update on the customer at the bar. At that point it appeared that they both noticed the bag on the counter with my name on it. I am under the assumption that she then informed him that they must have just brought the bag out, and then he walked away. She then walked up to me with the bag and hands it to me and told me that my order had just came up. In a non-confrontational way, I informed her that the bag of food was sitting on the counter since I sat at the Bar. She then walks up to me and starts saying the I was being rude to her and “Thank You for ruining her Christmas”. I was a bit perplexed as to how I was being Rude by informing her that the bag that she had just handed me had been sitting on the counter while I was sitting there waiting. I then said to her “How and I being Rude” and her response was “You just are and you are ruining Christmas, and if you have a problem with it just go talk to a manager”. I found the manager and made him aware of the situation. The manager said that, something like that should not have happened and he said that he would see what it could do about it, he left and came back about two minutes later and presented me with and envelope that contained $10.00 worth of certificates and apologized for her attitude. While driving home I reflected on the situations and decided to give the store a call back to speak with the manager. I informed him that I’ve never been spoken to in such a way by a service provider and I would be reaching out to corporate after the holiday. With all that said, Alyvia was extremely rude, disrespectful, condescending and confrontational towards me. I’ve been a customer at Buffalo Wild Wings for years, and this is the first time that I’ve encountered behavior such as what was displayed the other night. Also, once I got back home my food was...
Read moreWalked in at 2:00 PM at Buffalo Wild Wings off Market Street in Mount Clemens. Had to wait 16 minutes from when I walked in the door, was seated and finally someone came over after three other waitresses passed by my table, for a order of water. Then I ask for a water for me and my friend, the waitress, once she gets to my table and apologized for the wait, only brings one water. I do not hold high hopes for my order to be carried thru correctly. But I guess we shall see...And the wings are a little ummm...chewy or not as thoroughly cooked. The carrot and celery basket was awesomely delicious. Waitress only came back to the table to check on us once when she saw my friends grabbing her stuff to go. I then asked for a take out order that was up really fast. Overall, the restaurant was pretty empty and for the waiting staff to be a slow as they were, I feel was unprofessional and just lazy. The overall cleaniness of the place I would rate a 7. My booth had food and straw wrappers under it and now filling in the hole in my boot, so gross. Pricing, my BBQ wings were only 0.70 and my to go order for my sister was 8.00, for just chips and queso dip.... A little pricey. The multiple TV's had on NFL:Live, Trivia Questions, Lottery Keno Numbers, NHL:Live and College Basketball. My waitress Rieonna, was okay. But who wants okay service? She should have been to my table eariler for drink order, and shouldn't have ask for our food order when my friend just sat down and was taking her jacket off. Clearly, anyone could see that she had not had time to look at the menu.
Looking back at my first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings, I was not impressed. I don't get what all the hype is about for average tasting chicken wings... I could have just bought a frozen bag and reheated them for the same taste and texture I got from my order. This is going to sound weird but their water was just delicious. LOL. I don't know why, maybe because I was so thirsty, but it was cold and really refreshing. I loved the carrots and celery basket. It was fresh and a positive change to the usual basket of French fries I usually get instead.
After all is said and done, I really have no desire to return to this restaurant for disappointing service and mediocre food. I would rate this place a 2/5. With a not likely to return because of the lack of service and average tasting food. I get better service at Red...
Read moreLet me start out by saying our waitress was very nice. Thats where the good ends, it was all bad, very very bad. We were a party of three, and the entire restaurant was extremely slow. We ordered chips and queso as an appetizer. The chips came and it looked as if someone ran over the bag of chips and then brought them to the table, all crumbs. Then after about 45 minutes our food came, so we thought. I ordered the wing combo with Buffalo Chips (well done). The buffalo chips come and they are the polar opposite of well done, soggy see through limp potatoes. There was also only about 8 “buffalo chips” on the plate, you would think you’d get more for a $20 wing and fry combo. The waitress assured me I would be getting more, and they would be cooked this time. After about three or four more trips to our table, they never came. Not a mention. When this was brought to her attention I just got a very confused/ dumb founded look. I just said forget about it, not worth the hassle. My brother ordered naked wings with 4 sides of different sauces.. what does he get? Plain fried chicken tenders, no sauce. Close, but no cigar. The waitress takes them back to replace them, comes back 2-3 times and asked if he received his new meal, nope. Took approximately another 30 minutes to get 4 naked chicken tenders. Everyone else was done eating, I had given up on the soggy raw potatoes and my unfulfilled promise of new ones and threw in the towel. Not to mention I ate my entire meal without a beverage because the waitress was too busy fixing all the other errors to notice. To charge such a premium price for generic bar food, and to have such unbelievably horrible service and product its hard to believe this place is still open. We will NEVER be back to Buffalo Wild Wings, what a waste of time and money. Lastly, when we got the bill we literally had to locate and deliver it to the waitress so she could cash us out being that it sat on the table for another 20 minutes. All that being said, we still tipped her 20% on everything and were not rude. In closing, do yourself a favor... Don’t waste your money here, it’s...
