Ordered 2 sets of Happy Wings® & paid to upgrade to a dinner, each dinner should have had 10 wings bt I only received 5 in each box , a total of 10 all together , so all in all I paid for a whole meal & didn't get it seeing I'm missing 10 wings smh it's sad hw these restaurants & service companies take advantage of their customers smh I'm a mother trying to feed my children & y'all are literally taking out of their mouths & dnt care smh very dissatisfied , also I called the restaurant to confirm the amount of wings that come in the $9.99order , I was told 10 as I already knew. So I then told him that I placed a DoorDash order and only received five wings in each box. He sounded a little confused, he then asked my name which I gave & said I only ordered a half pound which is 5 wings , I then told him when ur ordering on Doordash & go to order the 9.99 wings the only option w/o a up charge from the 9.99 is the half pound outside of that it's a 8 dollar up charge for a "pound " he said he dnt know how it works & didn't know the had the 9.99 wings on Doordash . However, the food I got this time was hot, the toppings were fresh and the gentleman who took my order was very polite! Every one in the food/customer service industry is going through hard times.

I've ordered from here a few times since I moved back into the area, which was recently. Delivery time was not what they said it would be and both times my pizza was cold and the wings barely cooked. Until they get new drivers and new cooks you’re gunna receive not only cold pizza which took a hour and a half… AND pizza that you didn’t even order, would never recommend this location but will definitely recommend the location on van dyke.
When calling back to let them know how they messed up the order, you don’t even get good service. No assistance to help correct orders in any way. Shows this location or at least the people at this location don’t care about their customers.
As a previous CSR. I would’ve offered to make my customer a pizza and deliver it on Happys Pizza on top of the refund.
