recently spent an evening at your bar and was absolutely blown away by the hospitality and skill of your team—especially Joann, Lexi, and Kira—even though I didn’t have any alcohol.
Joann truly set the tone for the night. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine warmth and a smile that lit up the room. She guided me through the non-alcoholic menu, recommending a beautifully balanced virgin mojito and a house-made shrub soda that were both refreshing and inventive. Joann anticipated every need—refilling my water glass before I even noticed it was low, remembering my preference for extra mint, and checking in mid-drink to make sure I was enjoying everything. Her passion and attention to detail are next-level; she’s absolutely deserving of a raise.
Lexi was equally fantastic. She combined expert beverage knowledge with an effortless friendliness that made me feel instantly at home. Whether she was crafting a sparkling berry cooler or putting together a quick lemonade twist, her creativity and technique shone through. Lexi’s quick wit and warm conversation kept the energy up and made the experience all the more fun.
Kira rounded out the trio with calm professionalism and exceptional efficiency. Even when the bar got busy, she stayed composed and attentive—no one waited more than a moment for their drinks or a friendly chat. Kira also has a knack for reading the room, delivering just the right amount of storytelling and cheer to each guest without ever feeling over the top.
Together, these three make your bar feel like home—even without alcohol. Their genuine care, expert skills, and joyful service turn every visit into a memorable occasion. If there’s any way to recognize or reward them—a raise for Joann in particular, a team bonus, or a “Hospitality Heroes” award—it would be so well deserved. Thank you, Joann, Lexi, and Kira, for treating your guests with such love and excellence. I can’t wait...
Read moreAMAZING FOOD, AMAZING DRINK MENU, HUGEEE COMPARED TO THAT SEPPES and MUCH BETTER & CLEANER than the old bar that was here. The DECK IS AWESOME, AS WELL…can’t wait til Spring! The crowd was also solid, didn’t see anyone fighting, and had some great conversations. Now, what I don’t understand are these FAKE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, as someone who knows what TROLLS are and what are real negative reviews versus TROLLS, THESE ARE TROLLS. How anyone can say anything bad about this place is unreal. Yes, they just opened so there will be some quirks they need to work out, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER NEW PLACE THAT OPENS. lol I remember seeing a bunch of troll reviews for Amatos when they first opened: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU NEGATIVE, folks? Seems like you people need to work out quirks in your own lives if you’re gonna be negative about a great new place that opened up. Yes, it was busy, as all new places are, as well, so you might have to wait a lil longer, but it is definitely worth the wait, tbh my food came out pretty fast considering the entire place was packed. My drink order was taken right away and I got it in less than 2 minutes. And awww sowwwyyy your little smelly hole in the wall is gone, go cry.
WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID, go check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. I’d give more than 5...
Read moreAfter reading the reviews I'm sad to see I'm not the only one who felt like at least one of the bartenders completely ignored us but tended to people he knew. This is the third time I was here first when it was just open and it was bad, but because it was new I understood, second time nearly impossible to get a drink whether at a table or at the bar, third time we came on a Monday for the eagles game and sat at the bar....finally someone got us drinks. It was $5 burgers which were good served with fries and coleslaw that I couldn't eat bc, again we received no silverware or napkins(happened the first time we were there too) I had to order two drinks at a time bc the one guy kept skipping over us, and had to do what I absolutely hate and wave our empty bottles in the air, the one guy bartender seemed to be way better than the other. The one guy kept running his hands through his hair talking to his friends that were right next to us ..on both sides and skipping us...I was shocked...it's a damn shame when u have a seemingly good establishment with selfish workers, I get it is busy but by no means should u intentionally ignore people and worry about people you know, it's how business is lost and a sure way to have people not want to come to your...
