I placed an order online. They took the money out of my account and then when I went to pick it up, they said they never received an order and I was trying to explain to the man at the store that my account showed that they received patment for the food. I also explained that I had not received a email with the receipt. And as I’m trying to explain to him the situation and what’s going on a lady on checking out another customer who apparently was the quote and “store manager” as she said, chimes up and interrupts me speaking to him and says” I’ll be with you in a minute” with an attitude as if i was bothering her. So I told her I was not speaking to her. I was talking to the man that was helping me. The guy who I was speaking with was the one that addressed me as soon as I walked in and then she continue to argue with me and say “Well I’m the store manager, and I said I’ll be with you in a minute” and I told her I didn’t care who she was I was talking to the other guy. She followed up with “anyways” and turned around and kept checking out the customer. I was not trying to interrupt her checking out. I was nice about the whole situation until she got an attitude. Apparently thinks its a flex to be a “store manager of a subway” and be rude to customers. This is not the first run that I’ve had issues out of this specific location, but for someone to talk to me like that when I didn’t even have an attitude when I came in and then for her to just chime up with an attitude and hateful for absolutely no reason in front of other customers and employees is absolutely uncalled for. SUBWAY® if you’re going to employ this of trash behavior then you might as well just close your doors. Number one she lacks customer service, majorly and the only reason why I got an attitude with her back is because she was so hateful to begin with. This...
Read moreI was in this subway for 15 minutes. I was the only customer ordering when I came in, Miles the sandwich maker must have been high. I originally wanted a meatball sub but you guys only had one meatball in the container and he tried to tell me he would put turkey and ham and smother it in the marinara sauce so I went for a chicken bacon ranch, he forgot the bacon at first and tried to tell me it would be an extra charge for the bacon until I reminded him I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, I also had to tell him my toppings 3 times and he almost forgot the ranch so I once again had to tell him how to make the sandwich. The lady that was behind me walked out because he was taking too long, and there was another person working with black and blue curly hair who was trying to get him to move on but was also pretty rude. I answered a question he asked me and she interrupted and told him to hurry with the sandwich so when I stopped taking she looked at me and said that we could continue our conversation now. This experience coupled with a few weeks ago when I was doordashing and waited an hour for a doordash order has lead me to believe this location is not run well at all. Coming from someone who is also a general manager at a restaurant, whoever is in charge of this store does not...
Read moreThe Mt. Holly Subway has went straight down the toilet over the past two months. I have been going to this Subway for years. Today was my last visit. They have stopped offering unsweet tea for us diabetics. They didn’t have light mayo, napkins, potato chips (only few bags of chips no one wants), or tea available. The attitude of the worker was unbelievable. Treated me like it was my problem they didn’t have what I wanted. The sandwich was fine but couldn’t wipe hands or face as there were no napkins. Went to bathroom to get paper towels which was a big mistake. The bathroom was so nasty. I won’t even describe the scene. Hadn’t been cleaned in days. It looks as if the store is under new ownership by someone who knows nothing about business, or the old owners have made bad decisions and getting ready to close the store down. I asked for the owners contact info. Guess what I was told. “I got in trouble last time I gave their info to a customer.” Ok. I wonder why. They obviously don’t want to hear about their problems. I suppose I will start driving to Stanley for a...
