Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Joy Township

Ok so this place honestly doesnt deserve a 5 star rating... They were disorganzied and overwhelmed with orders and it was all obviously hitting the fan for them tonight, but it was a Friday the 13 after all, and it is november 2020 and the coronavirus pandemic and election has everyone furious and on edge... I stood back and watched everyone get angry at the cashiers and criticize the workers, and I wanted to be different. So I kindly walked up and told them I was willing to be patient and was not goimg to yell or scream for a refund. During this entire time, a young lady named megan was tirelessly and feverishly working to make pizzas left and right, making each one by hand, tossing them out of the oven, and trying to keep the other coworkers calm. She was attentive and kind and was trying to joke around with the other workers, and she specifically stopped what she was doing when she saw they couldnt find my order, she went and found the order, then she said she was going to make my 2 pizzas up right away and put me ahead of other orders that were already behind! Megan is an example of not just a quality worker at her job, but a quality person, that actually cares about other people!!! The world needs more people like that! So yes, 5 stars for dominos tonight, because of one exceptional individual (the manager Michelle was kind and considerate as well) By the way, the pizza for me and my friends who were moving a friend today, the pizza was totally worth...

Ordered pizza for our office and it took more than an hour to deliver it. An hour after the order was placed we called them to ask about the status and they said it's been out for delivery in which we asked them to re-fire the pizzas because we didn't want pizza that's an hour old when we are only a couple blocks down the street from them! The manager insisted that they would re-fire them for us. Delivery came and we opened the pizzas to make sure they were fresh and they weren't. Coming from someone who used to work at CiCi's Pizza for over 4 years these pizzas left the oven over an hour ago and were never re-fired for us. When called and confronted about it the manager who assured us he would re-fire them said he did, in fact, do so which is a complete lie. Fresh pizza is not dried up and cold! Being as we already paid for the pizza we decided to just keep them and never order again. We asked the delivery man if he ever went back to pick up fresh pizza and he did not give a response - so that's a no. Seeing as another person put in another review a week ago saying the same thing looks like the management at this store needs to be carefully looked at. They obviously do not care about customer satisfaction and blatantly lie to their customers when faced with a satisfaction concern. If you want your pizza old, dried up, and looks like a 5 year old cut it this Domino's is right...

Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told the pizza would arrive in 45 minutes. After 45 minutes dominos called and said they couldn't deliver the pizza because the location was out of range on their map. Why would you say you could deliver a product when in actuality you can't? Under normal circumstances a poor review deserves 1 star. In this case, however, Management owned their mistake and were beyond apologetic for a mistake that was out of their control. For a single person to take fault in the mistake of a larger, worldwide business is uncanny. To accept the fault of mishaps that are not directly your fault is a sign of great customer service that goes above and beyond what Dominos could ever dream of having on their team. Given the multitude of bad reviews on this location, it is my opinion that this location will now thrive so long as manager Megan and worker Jordan are there for your service. They will serve you well not under the pretense that the "customer is always right" but instead that the customer is sometimes right and sometimes wrong and it is based on what is most reasonable.
