Sooooooooooooo, what can I say? Pros - I am proud of the kids working there. Thank you for learning a skill and working. The food was no better or worse than you would expect. They took a coupon from us for free fries. Thank you.
Cons- it’s the little things. We were in line for about 20 minutes. They gave us our drinks when we pulled up to the window and then did not give us straws. We then waited (I am not lying) 10 to 15 minutes at the window. We watch a staff check SnapChat (confirmed by my teenager). The take out window that I stared at for an eternity was very dirty. My wife’s salad had brown avocado. The salad was put in two lids and wrapped in plastic wrap. Because we waited so long when they gave us our food the fries were stone cold. We asked for new fries and they gave us new fries. Thank you.
I think there was 4 staff at the door on break smoking. It made me think twice about ordering, but we ordered anyways. We saw car after car drive away because the line was too long or it never moved. This Wendy’s is losing maybe a third of their customers to drive always at dinner time. Such a waste!
I think the manager needs to go to manager school and help their staff with quality standards and customer service standards. I am grateful the kids have jobs but I think with a little training they could take pride in their work and actually delight the customers. We were not impressed and will not return for a while. 4 stars because I am proud of the kids who are working and trying their best despite...
Read moreThe quality of food and service at this location has severely decreased in the past couple of years. Several items are almost always made wrong, or they are out of menu items and sauces.
Tonight, I placed a mobile order, and after checking in at the location, was told they were out of chicken nuggets, ranch, and frostys. I was told they could not offer a refund for the missing items, and that I would have to contact customer support. After checking to make sure they had given me the rest of my order, which they hadn't, I went back through the drive thru. Another vehicle and I sat there for several minutes, with no indication of being helped. I pulled around to the second drive thru window and saw no employees, until the woman who had given me my food originally, exited from the bathroom, out of uniform and in sweatpants and a sports bra. No one else acknowledged my presence at the window, so I left. After getting home, I found one sandwich was made wrong, and one burger was cold and still pink on the inside.
Avoid this location, save your money, and go elsewhere.
EDIT: Just checked the hot honey chicken sandwich I had ordered. There is no hot honey sauce on it. However, there is hot honey sauce all over the outside of the wrapper and on several other items that were in...
Read moreI deliver food for DoorDash and this Wendy’s location is easily the worst restaurant in Etown. About once a month, I try to give them another chance to see if they’ve improved. Somehow, they always manage to be even worse than the time before. There’s always a massive drive-thru line that takes a minimum of 20-30 minutes and their system is always “down”...I’m pretty sure “our system crashed” is their way of saying “go away, we have too many people in line”. Last time I was there, I waited 40 minutes for two DoorDash orders only to finally drive up to the speaker and be told “Our system crashed, it’s gonna be another 20 minutes.” I briefly thought about waiting until the cashier said “If you’d like to wait can you please drive off and get back in line so I can tell other people.” Both customers cancelled their orders when I told them it would be even longer. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and most of the employees are young kids probably working their first job so you can’t blame them..but whoever the owner/franchisee of this location is has done an absolutely...
