I would like to first say how this is the worst location of ALL Chick-fil-A’s i have been too ..i read the reviews and FULLY agree the customer service is horrible ( attitudes) the way i was treated and the owner’s attitude was just as disgusting and BOTH uncalled for .. Mr. Ray Daniel He told me that” he is the owner and he does stuff differently from hermitage and that’s just how it is “ i was treated so rudely by his staff Grace and Jamie on Saturday they were both rude and nasty to me for no reason AT ALL rolling eyes, being passive aggressive. He told me he had no audio but then told me the individual called my name . How do you know if you weren’t there ? And you have NO audio! No one called my name keep in mind this was after i was already told by Grace that i didn’t need to worry about the managers name .. who was “ Jamie” I’m assuming The two girls were very rude! He in returned called me and was just as nonchalant about the situation He is unprofessional and just because you own a Chick-fil-A does NOT mean you have the same morals as this business advertise he along with his staff are rude , and they honestly don’t care about customers after reading all the reviews this is not their 1st ONE STAR! i am NOT the only one who has been mistreated by these employees it’s not okay , but clearly this is how this business operates again .The owner then calls me with individuals in the background he has me on speaker . UNPROFESSIONAL!!! he was defending the unprofessionalism they displayed and wasn’t even there to witness it ! i encourage NOONE to come to this location Do not support businesses that mistreat paying customers because they get rich off of our money And he don’t appreciate it NOT one time did he understand where i was coming from . Only encourage and made excuses for the behavior that they displayed on that encounter. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. This Chikfila has been terrible since moving to Mount Juliet in 2018. I’ve had issues from my sandwich being undercooked(I was pregnant and they couldn’t seem to understand why I was upset) to incorrect items in my order/food not properly prepared. I used to know Chikfila as a place with good customer service, however every time I come here, I have a poor experience. Today I came through the drive thru and paid nearly $50 and found when I got home that they’d charged me for bacon and cheese on my sandwich that wasn’t there. Not to mention it had a soggy bun due to pickles being on it, which I had asked to NOT be on there. Mind you, I live about 15 minutes away. As soon as I got home, I noticed of course the bacon and cheese weren’t there(this has happened numerous times). Of course we call Chikfila and let them know that our order was incorrect and that we’d like the correct sandwich. To which the lady that answered the phone replied, well they didn’t ring you up for pickles on the side as if I was lying. I then reiterated the fact that there were pickles on the side in the bag like I’d asked yet the pickles were also left on the bun. She then proceeded to speak with her manager who got on the phone and asked what my location was. When the “owner” arrived, he stated that he couldn’t replace the sandwich because at that point in time, we’d already given the other sandwich to our kids(at this point it’s been well over a half hour). Read moreI ordered through the app, then went inside to wait for my order as the app instructed. While I waited, the staff were fulfilling orders by calling the name of the person who had ordered, just like the app told me that it would. There were a few orders just sitting on the counter due to no one responding when the name was called. Finally, the app alerted me that my order was ready & that my name would be called shortly. I watched an older woman employee walk towards the waiting area for carryout orders, she glanced at me, but never spoke a word, then stop short, only to place the order on the counter with the others that no one responded for. So, I figure that wasn't my order since I wasn't called & I continued to wait. She went back over to the food being prepared, collected another order, and proceeds to take that order to a table. A few more orders were called out by that employee & a couple others. Finally, since I was the last person standing at the pickup area, a young man asked if he could help me. I informed him that the app said that my order is ready & that my name would be called, but it hasn't been called. He asked my name & looked among the orders sitting on the counter. My order was on that counter. The older woman had placed my order with the unresponsive orders & never called my name. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me at this location.
