I've been meaning to write this review for almost a year, and I am coming back to review it now that I have time as a testament to how great the service is! Our sales person was Swati, and she was absolutely wonderful. It was my first experience purchasing my own mattress as an adult that wasn't a cheap bed-in-a-box on Amazon. I was nervous to go into a mattress store and hesitant due to the fear that we'd have a pushy salesperson or would feel out of our element. My partner and I were asked a few simple questions in the beginning, and then Swati showed us her recommendations. She gave us plenty of space to speak privately with each other, and she was very respectful of our budget. I made the mistake of not telling her our budget until we were shown beds, so one of the beds was out of our budget. That being said, it was the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on, and we ended up going slightly above budget due to how high quality it was and how perfect it suited our needs. Swati was also incredibly helpful in setting up the financing for us, and she threw in a few things for free for us which was very appreciated. She was so patient throughout the entire experience, even when I asked some pretty dumb questions because I literally didn't know anything about beds and which ones required box springs, if we needed a frame, etc. I have highly recommended Swati to multiple friends and family when they've mentioned needing a new bed, and I would gladly come back to her if I needed another bed...

We have had an excellent experience with Sleep Outfitters in Mount Juliet thus far. Zach is very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and helped us find the perfect one to fit our needs! He has been very kind and patient while we decided which mattress to purchase.

The delivery team that brought our new mattress was top notch as well! They called ahead to let us know they were on the way with an estimated time of arrival. They were on time, courteous, extremely polite, and took care of our home + new mattress as if it were their own! Best delivery experience that we have ever had! They also hauled away our old mattress + box springs to be recycled. Super nice guys that took the time to explain each step of the process. We could not be happier with the experience and professionalism that we have experienced thus far.

There are a few spots on the mattress that we noticed after the plastic wrap was removed. The delivery team was quick to take photos, begin the process by contacting the appropriate parties, and address how to remedy this issue with us. We contacted Zach at the store who is equally on the ball at correcting this issue.

Review of store: clean, organized and many mattress options available to test, prior to purchase. Sleep Outfitters does have a COVID protocol and it was enforced.

Review of consultation and testing: Prior to looking at mattresses, we completed a consultation with our “Outfitter,” Tami. The consultation questions were quite detailed, which was appreciated. The conversation was not rushed, in any manner. Tami really pinpointed our needs. Upon completion of our consultation, we proceeded with testing several mattress and base recommendations. COVID protocols were in place.

DID WE PURCHASE: Yes, we purchased!

Why we purchased: The purchase was made, due to our “Outfitter,” Tami, being extremely knowledgeable about the products and having a genuine interest in us. Tami listened with such intent, I knew that “selling a mattress,” was not Tami’s goal. Understanding your needs and providing a plausible solution is Tami’s goal. In fact, I would not be recommending this particular store, unless I had such an unique and valid consultation experience. Tami’s skillset is her authentic means of caring about your goal.
