Nothing shows the quality of a business better than how they remedy errors. Yesterday I ordered pizza and broccoli soup delivered. When the pizza arrived it was cold. I called and explained the soup was great temp but the pizza was cold on arrival. The girl who answered was so sweet and quickly transferred me to her manager Daniel. Daniel apologized (with palatable honesty) for the food not being up to par. He offered to have my order remade today or another day. I said I would order today and pick up so he could comp. my meal. When I called in today he remembered me. I reminded him the only issue was the pizza but he insisted that Panera goes above and beyond and wanted to take care of the soup as well. Truly I was not as blown away by the actions he was taking but the manner in which Daniel spoke and the way I believe he wholeheartedly cared about upholding excellence. He not only covered my meal but gave me a complementary pastry and drink. This was definitely above and beyond for me. I know how tough the service industry is and that some people would call in with issues to try to take advantage of customer service. But he had no cynicism! You can tell when someone is jaded from the industry and they just dont care anymore about the customer. I really hope Panera higher ups realise the gem they have in Daniel. I get super bummed out when food Im looking forward to isnt what I expect. I will be ordering from this Panera again. I now have so much confidence in this location that no matter what I will get yummy food and Chick Fil A quality service. Happy early...
Read moreOne star review only because 0 stars aren't an option. The service and food has gone way downhill over the last few months. Delivery should not be offered any longer. They never have enough drivers and it takes an hour or more to get your food. Further, when it does arrive, your order is usually wrong. Food is always prepared sloppily. Sandwiches are thrown together and look like they've been dropped multiple times, no matter whether it's delivery or in store. Servers are either always in a rush or they just don't care. And this is my biggest complaint of all....THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF BAGELS! No matter what day I go in, every time I go to pick up a bagel pack for company or guests for the next day, they NEVER have bagels. I mean, come on, this is Panera Right? Aren't they supposed to be KNOWN FOR THEIR BAGELS??? Maybe it's just another case of being short staffed? UPDATE 3/4/21. Decided to give delivery another chance. HUGE mistake. Half my order was missing on arrival and, when I called the "Manager" he advised that I would need to reorder those items via the app. WHAT?!?!?! Absolutely deplorable quality control and customer service. We are done with this terrible establishment.

Read moreThis restaurant, and maybe Panera in general, is really skimping on the salads. Today I ordered one of my regular choices, the Fuji Apple salad. The salad plus water was over $10. That wouldn't be so bad in this salad from a couple of years ago, except they have continued to cut down on the items in the salad. For example, what used to be several chunks of tomato in the salad were now 2 or 3 tiny slices of a what seemed to be a cherry tomato. I never even saw or tasted any of the blue cheese until the salad was about finished, then a tiny chunk or two in the bottom of the bowl. I always have to ask for an extra dressing because there's not nearly enough in the serving. The amount of chicken in the salad was ok.
