1 star for experience- 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. - I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies, last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front of me at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough station patting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making & packing up an order(those are going to the customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who was checking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, at the very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. Read moreMy rating is mostly based on customer service. When I pay over $3 for a cookie, I want a feel good experience. The atmosphere is fresh and inviting and the smell of cookies delightful. This is a franchise business so every store should have a similar feel. I had tasted a cookie and that’s what made me want to try them. Hopefully another will make my experience better in the future. The young gal behind the cash register was a “yes” girl cashier, learning her way in her job. Weak at best, but adequate to carry out the register. She in no way attempted to enhance my experience. This was my very first purchase and maybe my last at this location. In addition a young child was working helping make cookies, just seemed odd to me. Read moreI would have loved to have tasted the cookies Crumbl if only the customer service wasn't so bad at the new Mt. Juliet store. I tried going in twice and was ignored each time when there was only 1 other customer in the store. Not sure what the issue is but hope they resolve it and maybe I'll try again in a few months.
Adding to my review after seeing the response from below from Crumbl. I did send a more detailed explanation of my comments as requested to the email address below that they provided. They never contacted me in any way.
