I want to respond to the but negative review by TN Reviewer. I was in the restaurant at the time of his incident. He attempted to use a dinner groupon at lunch which the manager allowed him to do. At the end of his meal which costs $20 he wanted $10 in change from the manager as he did not use his whole coupon. He was rude and abusive to the waitress. When the manager came he continued to be rude and demanding. The manager was both professional and gracious in his response but explained that he could not refund cash on a third party coupon. He stated that he would give TN Reviewer a gift certificate for the restaurant which was turned down. TN Reviewer then proceeded to inform the manager that he would pay with his debit card and that he was going to leave a negative review. After the disruptive narcissist left the diners in the surrounding tables complimented the waitress and manager on the professional and courteous way in which the situation was handled. Everyone that witnessed the scene agreeed that TN Reviewer was in the wrong. Judging by TN Reviewers dress the "business" meeting was pretty informal as he was in warmups. It appears that his understanding of the english language was limited and there is no such thing as free money otherwise everyone would come in with coupons, eat less than the amount and get a cash reward. In summary he was a large rectum.
Hey Chad, your rebuttal was as poorly thought out as your using a dinner coupon at lunch. Check the website, it list the managers name. I was at lunch with my wife in the booth at the window. The "good people" of Mt Juliet who witnessed your act all agreed with the manager (not me) and thought you were a turd. The loss of you as a customer will probably not cut as deep as you hope. Who uses the term "good people" ? You must be an attorney, used car salesman or...
Read moreI commented on the poor staff at this place before. Particularly the smart mouth bartended that worked today (Weds.). He's got grey hair in his black beard lol. I called in an order because I refuse to eat at a place that employs such poor personnel like this guy. So I order a noodle soup to go and go to pick it up. I gave the jerk my CC and was looking at the container of soup. Or should I say a container of "noodles". I told the jerk that this was not "soup" and he went back into the back and got a small container of the "broth" brought it and proceeded to say "I'm doing this this time but next time I will have to charge you for the broth." I said no because I ordered "soup" and it wasn't soup, it was noodles and no I won't be paying extra next time. The jerk looked at me and said, "every time you come in here you cause trouble". Now that upset me. Here I was "a customer" trying to buy "soup" and not noodles and he says he is doing me a favor by giving me more broth. This guy has the mentality of a weasel and the brain of a rat. How pea brained do you have to be to insult a customer after he was trying to buy food from the restaurant where you work idiot. As arrogant as he was the manager offered to go redo the soup (she acknowledged that what the jerk had given me was not reflective of their noodle soup) after he argued that was the way it comes every time, but I didn't trust them not to spit in my food after the jerk lied in front of his boss. I got my money refunded and went and had a very nice lunch at Vin Long. If you read this comment do not go to Fulins for food....go to Vin Longs. Its real soup not...
Read moreThe food wasn’t horrible, but the atmosphere was horrendous. We had a younger kid as a waiter who appeared to be the only one waiting table's. Around the same time we came inside, he had a very large table that was ready for their checks. He had already came over and got our drink orders so it wasn’t a huge deal. The issue was the bartender who started yelling at the kid for not coming over and serving us, we informed the bartender he had already gotten our drinks it wasn’t a huge deal. When the waiter came back over I asked if he could ask the bartender if they had Moscow mules as it appeared they have a full bar. The waiter ask the bartender who once again starts yelling at the waiter saying they don’t have ginger beer. (It’s not the kids fault I asked for that drink). As the waiter walks the ten feet back to our table from the bar, the bartender continues to yell and make nasty remarks about how Moscow mules are gross, etc etc. He was just being incredibly rude. A woman then came in and sat at the bar where the bartender continued to berate and argue with her the entire time she was there, to the point when she was leaving a “regular” informed the other lady that was just how he was and apologized for his behavior. A customer apologized to another customer over the bartenders behavior, that’s wild all in its own. As soon as the lady left, the bartender and the regular customer started making fun of the lady. Anyways, if you want to deal with a rude bartender, this is the...
