Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

Visited this location while on a weekend trip Friday, November 25th around 6. It was crowded, which was not a bad thing. There was an older lady, brunette, with glasses, by the name of Stephanie that was working the register. I ordered my food and waited patiently for it to be prepared. As I was waiting with my 11 yr old. Other people came in. There was no warm welcomes, no smiles, no thank you's, nothing but pure attitude and hatred!! Another family came into the establishment, they were of Mexican decint. The young girl was with her mother that did not speak a great deal of English. The young girl could not have been no more than 13 years old. Very soft spoken child. This child gave Stephanie her order. Stephanie reply was what!? What did you say? The young girl repeated herself again. Each time she would take a deep breath and repeat herself again. Stephanie tells her, I have to ovens going back here, I cannot hear you. She then rolls her eyes at this child. The child repeated the order yet again and Stephanie said... Is that it!? The manner in which she was speaking to this child was absolutely repulsive! As I was sitting there, I looked around the drink machine to see why she was talking to the child so rudely. She stopped ringing up this family and looked at me and said, what are you looking at!? I told her YOU! She said why! I immediately send my child out of the store to handle this sorry, pathetic, unhappy person. This witch had the audacity to tell me to mind my own business. I told her you cannot control who I look at. I stated to her that her customer service skills were horrible! She said yeah! Still haven't received my food, I get up and ask for a manager. Which was Morgan. Morgan comes out from the back, I explain to her what happened and this woman continues to go back and forth with me in front of the young manager. The manager asked me what would I like to see done? I mean really ppl? At this point I'm livid! I told her and I quote, you need to get her old miserable ass off this front end register speaking to the customer the way she has been since I been in here. I actually had to get down right ignorant which I rarely let anyone get me to this point. But you could clearly see the evil illuminating from this lady. Morgan finally told her to shut up! Wow, wow, wow!!!!! I would love to know how many complaints this place has received on her. I refuse to let this go. I will be contacting the corporate office Monday, November 27th. I will never visit this location again. Almost ruined my evening. However, my child said to me... Mom, we are here to have a great time. Don't let her ruin our trip. And...

If I could give a -100 I would had pizzas delivered through door dash two of my pizzas were wrong. My son and I are allergic to tomatoes our pizzas had sauce. Well I'm told all they can is remake and I can pick up explained husband is at work with my car I have no transportation. So then I'm told to contact door dash they were un helpful as well. So I call little ceasers back only to be told they can only refund my purchase with cash. I used my credit card once again I have no car. Then I'm told they will contact an off duty manager and hopefully call me back tonight. Still no call back so my son and I are stuck without our pizzas and I have to wait until tomorrow get my 31.00 back. Do not use this little ceasers in. Old Hickory TN. This isn't the only time they have messed my order up and I've never complained until now Update called me and pretty much tried to blame. Saying I ordered light sauce now why would I do that when myself and my son are allergic to tomatoes. Second I ordervour pizzas that way Every time. Shame on you young man

Update the owner Mike reached out to me today extremely nice and apologetic it's a glitch on the website but he made the situation right. Replaced my pizzas and threw in ac2vliter and crazy bread. Also offered to drive my pizzas to me. ...

Edit: Talked to the store owner and he was very nice and apologetic about the situation and made things right. Have always had good experiences with this store minus this one incident. Always have good pizza at a great price.

So I go in and order my pizza which consisted of a regular deep dish, 3 meat, cheese and crazy combo. I was in a rush and didnt realize i was over charged. Total should have been 28 dollars and some change but was charged 34.73. Called to get it straightened out. Talked to John and was told he found my reciept that i wasnt given and even rang up my order again and it was correct. Lets do some simple math. Deep dish is 8, 3 meat is 8, cheese is 6, and crazy bread combo is 3.99. 8+8+6+3.99= 25.99 then tax rate is 9.025% which comes out to 28.40. I was told to drive back and bring the pizzas back after my kids are already eating...... Plus John answered the phone and i asked for a manager and he said hold on. Waited a minute then he says he is a manager. If he is a manager why did i have to wait? Poor customer service and idiot employees who cant do...
