Absolute Nightmare. Caught our conference room on FIRE and will no longer respond to my phone calls! Additionally, the food was cold and late! Moe's and Qdoba are much tastier and professional. The little contact we've had has been disrespectful and ineffective. I jumped through hoops to find the right contact person to handle the damages to our conference room, the manager assured me that we would resolve the issue (damages to our carpet due to catering set up, stains and burns). She and her delivery man/husband/carpet cleaner admitted that there was no excuse for setting it up that way and that it was careless and dangerous. Yet the will not work with us to fix it. We offered to contact their insurance company, we offered to get quotes and options from a carpet company and try to find a way to fix this...they just ignore us. Corporate say that because it is a franchise they cannot do anything about bad owners. That lady sent her husband out with a Rug Doctor to clean our carpet. Not only did it not clean the carpet stains, but it in no way helped the several burned pieces of carpet. The husband/carpet cleaner also happened to be the delivery man that set up the catering stand incorrectly that caused the burned carpet. (it also caught our cabinet and counter on fire, but we were able to put that out) The Sterno fuel was left SITTING ON OUR COUNTER, not in the holder on the rack that every other caterer uses.    Read moreThis review is of the service I received today. I come here often because I really love the burrito bowls and it's great portions, but also because the service is always pleasant. I know they have been hiring new people a lot lately, but the two new young ladies that were behind the counter today left me with a bad taste in my mouth! The first girl down the line talked (flirted really) to the man in front of me making me wait and the line behind me to grow, then gave me no personality! But when I got to the second girl... I hadn't been asked "for here or to go?" , so when I let her know last minute, she seemed very inconvenienced to have to go get a lid. I continuously apologized because I felt bad for holding up the line any! Then she put the lid on upside down, and when it couldn't latch, she had to get another... Here's the kicker- the upside down lid had smushed and took off ALL of my guacamole (my favorite part!), and she didn't replace any of the guacamole! She just put a new lid on and sent me away! Decided to go on my 30 minute lunch break which was a mistake. Waited at the counter for nearly 15 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Very unprofessional and rude when taking my order. Absolutely terrible proportion sizes. Half a spoon of rice; barely didnât even cover the bottom of the bowl. Half a cup of chicken which was mostly filled with juices. Then proceeded to fill the other 7/8th of it with cheese and lettuce. Charged me for chips and guacamole and a drink when I didnât order any of those. Chicken was cold and the chips had so much salt that I could actually, not exaggerating, fill a salt shaker. Chips were also all cracked and could hardly dip them without dipping my fingers into the liquid plastic they call cheese dip.
