I’d normally give 4.5 but I’ll knock it up to a 5 to counter other reviews.
First time at this location. I eat chipotle about 1-2* a month. Location was clean as was the bathroom.
Ordered online and pickup was indicated in 6 min which was surprising. Got there in 5 and order was not ready - wasn’t even started. They had a line inside so I wasn’t upset about it. I asked about my order and someone said they just started working on it. Staff was busy and not just sitting around.
Chicken Al Pastor was good (slightly too spicy for me but I finished). Kids meal was decent.
Takes time to find good staff and trained well in today’s inflation driven environment.

This was my 1st time here that upon walking in ro do a pick up order it wasn't greeted at all. I saw about 5 people in line that were all checked out and not even the cashier greeted me with " I'll be right with you " After the line was down to 1 more person finally after 8 mins waiting ✋🏽 a young girl asked if i was being helped . I told her " no," and she asked for my name and then handed me my order . I saw a younv girl of Indian descent scratch her hair under her hat with no gloves . Yikes !

Do not go to this chipotle. THEY ARE CHARGING PEOPLE $2 PER TOPPINGS if you get it outside of your bowl/burrito. I’ve never seen this kind of greed or gluttony from a corporation in my entire life.
If you want to get corn rice beans or anything else as a side portion you will be paying extra at this specific establishment. Words cannot describe just how irate and disappointed I am in the business this location is conduction.
