I ordered a turkey-d and took one bite and went ugh! It was tuna. Oh my, glad I didn’t have a fish allergy. I also believe my roll was toasted; don’t toast my roll, please. The manager quickly had my sandwich remade and offered me a bag of free chips. I also didn’t get my extra lettuce… on the second sandwich ( sniff-sniff) . The Manager apologized several times. The had a very big order so maybe that was why the mix up. I’ll try them again. Else, I would have given more stars.

I hadn’t had a Primo sandwich in a while and remembered it being great. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. The roll was stiff, not fresh, and the amount of meat on the Italian that I ordered was insulting, truly not taking up much more space than a hot dog. On top of it, the sandwich was close to $15, making it a true rip-off. The oil and seasoning mix did taste good, but an experience like this won’t have me returning anytime soon. Very disappointed.

I love primos food, but it's always so disappointing when people don't listen to what I ask for. This is the third time I've asked for DOUBLE extra cheese. And he said yes. Well I used a coupon so I didn't realize the price was off and I wasn't given a receipt so I can't be sure if I was charged twice for the cheese. I am positive is that this is NOT double extra cheese though. I don't know how else I can phrase this so they do it right.

Very disappointed with the Mt.Laurel NJ location today. Specifically one staff member. My boyfriend and I entered to order some food. There was this blonde female staff member mopping very little rain on the floor then stopped, I assume to get ready to take our orders, and promptly turned her back to us. Not a big deal so far. Not even a moment after we walked in and she ignored us, a woman and child came in and she turns right to them and greets her with a friendly hello. Again, not so bad yet, but it did rub me the wrong way. We make our order and she doesnt smile once at us and seemed frustrated. For what reason I have no idea, but ok again, whatever. We pay and wait for our food and I decided I might want to get a drink so I go to read ingredients on an ice tea bottle and I hear her say in a nasty tone "that's not free.." So at first I didn't realise what she was talking about but quickly figured out she was talking about me and making a disgusting assumption as if I was going to just steal the drink. After that another young lady calls my order so I start walking to the counter to retrieve it and the rude young woman, right in front of me said "I cant deal with this," rolled her eyes, and walked away with an attitude, even though there was nothing for her to "deal with" she wasn't even the one bringing me my order. My boyfriend and I were NOTHING BUT NICE AND PLEASANT AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DESERVE THIS TREATMENT!! I don't care if you are having a bad day or what but that behavior in your workplace is beyond unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I can't help but believe she is prejudice since my boyfriend is mixed and I was dressed a little sloppily since I haven't been feeling well, and she was perfectly fine towards the other customers. She was doing barely any work and I work a high stress, labour job that requires me to work closely with customers no matter how hard I'm working at the moment and would never ever treat a customer even close to that including the many extremely rude customers I have to deal with on a daily basis. This employee needs to be called out by their superiors for this repulsive behavior. I wanted to get her name but it stressed me out so much and her other coworkers were busy doing actual work so I didn't want to bother them. I will gladly never return to this location as to avoid this horrible employee. It shouldn't be difficult for the employee to be figured out by superiors. We went today 3/21/19 made our order at 5:07pm and her server number on our receipt...

I hate to have to share this review because Primos is one of my fav places for a great sub, but this location has been having issues for at least a year for me. I keep going in hopes that it will get better, but it just hasn’t and I await the new one opening by the mall. Recently I’ve been driving to the other primos just to avoid this.

My orders are always incorrect but I eat them anyway. While I haven’t experienced it, I’ve seen other customers talked to negatively. Everyone in there seems overwhelmed and overworked.

In my last visit, they gave my order to someone else and had to remake mine. I asked for hot peppers on the side and I got them on it, so I couldn’t split with my kid. Most things like Mac salad was out of stock, so I couldn’t buy it, and everything was wet and greasy. One employee was filing orders and dropped a Gatorade out of the fridge and didn’t bother to go back, just let it roll round in the lobby.

The customer in front of me was in a disagreement with the bill and not happy about whatever the resolution was proposed. While they don’t mean to be rude and the orders aren’t the end of the world when they go out wrong, there’s only so much you can tolerate when you’re spending 14.00-17.00 per sub with tax when it’s not even made the way...

Had an issue with a take out order today and called in to speak to a manager, which didn't quite go as expected. However, I received a prompt call back (within minutes of my first call) from the owner Chris, taking time out of his surely busy day, to address the issues I had personally with me. He spent several minutes on the phone with me, took a full account of the problems we had with our sandwiches, apologized sincerely and offered to personally make our next order himself if/when we returned. We live a bit out of the way from this particular location, unfortunately, which prompted Chris to issue us a full refund. He was extremely professional, genuinely cares about the good name of his establishment, and I've read some similar reviews where Chris has gone above what I expect most places would ever do to make it up to us. Instead of a negative review and never eating Primo again, I'll be taking Chris's excellent customer service into consideration in the future, and will be sure to give them another go, hoping that this was just a one-off. These days, terrific customer service deserves to be acknowledged. Thanks...
