I’ve always been to this location, service has always been great, but today wasn’t a great place to stop at, I go in get two envelopes as I had to return two items back to Amazon, a person named JERRY was behind the counter proceed to try to fit the item into the envelope, he then proceeds to say “he doesn’t think it would fit into the envelope” I told him let me try, he goes and throw the envelope and item on the counter and goes “ If you think you can fit the item Go Ahead “ After I tried to fit the item it did not fit as I was a little off size than visioned. He then goes like a wise guy and says “ I told you it was not going to fit” his attitude was very poor, I knew as soon he threw the item on the counter he was going to be one of those people who acts wise behind a counter. I told him he didn’t need to get smart with me in regards to the way he acted, like a wise guy, it’s just unacceptable just being rude in the first place. The way he acted was aggressively, for no apparent reason, luckily, I was in a great mood today and had a business meeting to go to as I have better things to do than deal with a rude person like this. Hopefully, the owner or manager sees this and would know they have an associate, throwing customer’s items on the counter. That being said, I did called corporate and filed a complaint against this store. I will not be returning to avoid problems for no reason. I’m sure next time someone goes there and he acts like this he will have a MAJOR problem who will not take his poor attitude. I went in to get a resume and cover letter printed in color. I was unable to connect to their Wi-Fi so they told me to email them the files, which I did. The prints came out sloppy, color blocks were streaky, and there were random black dots on the cover letter copies. At that point, I knew I would need to go somewhere else but I figured I would pay a few dollars to have backup copies just in case. I was SHOCKED when they tried to charge me $3.50 for every email they opened. When I questioned the charge based on the fact that their Wi-Fi did not work, they did not tell me before opening the emails that they would charge for for it, and the inherent unreasonableness in charging anything for a click of the mouse, the owner got defensive, aggresive, rude, and told me to go take my business elsewhere. He was very unpleasant and did not even bother to acknowledge the subpar printing job and the discoloration - yet still wanted to charge me an EXORBITANT amount for a few inferior color copies.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LACK OF BUSINESS ACUMEN. UNREASONABLE AND INFLATED CHARGES FOR PRINTING.
I went down the street to FEDEX in Larchmont and had a wonderful, pleasant experience. Their paper stock was much better, their service was exceptional, and the prints came out beautifully and light years better than those printed by UPS. GO TO FEDEX. DON'T BOTHER GOING TO THIS UPS STORE FOR...

We wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team to include Lorrianne, Sam, Lucas, Mónica.
We entered your store about 5:30pm last Tuesday night, 1/14/25 to have Wills, Living Wills and POAs notarized and we had 26 pages requiring a notarization seal.
Sam was the first person to take our request, and he found a spot near the front door where we could lay out all the docs and get the signatures we needed.
At this time, you had no less than 15 customers in your store, and I was impressed with the way Sam conducted himself and made sure we knew our service request was important.
Sam was the quarterback and was multitasking while also working through our service request. I was confident he knew what to do and he was handling many tasks simultaneously.
The docs not only required notarization, but many pages required two witnesses. He double and triple checked to ensure all pages were executed properly.
You should be proud of your team and their ability to remain calm at a very stressful time of the day. All employees appeared focused and enjoying their work.
You have trained a great team! Keep up the good work!
