McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

The restaurant has tanked. Two Saturdays ago my family and I placed a mobile order at 8pm. We waited a half-hour before their manager came out with out food. Fries were cold, we were missing a drink, and he was unapologetic. His reason? He was shortstaffed and this happens every Saturday night. There were two cars in the drive thru. When I went in to get the drink he missed and new fries since mine were cold, 3 door dash drivers were also waiting on food. When I came in, instead of getting me fries and a new drink, he made me wait- again- until he did all the other orders. So, now I have hot fries and the rest of my meals were cold. I asked for his name, and he refused to give it. Then he accused my wife of cussing at him, which she did not as I had three kids in the car. We WANTED to, but didn't. Very unprofessional. When I called the restaurant in the days that followed to speak to a general manager, no one would give me a name or any information about when he would be there. When I went today to speak with him in person, the manager from that night was there. He was unprofessional again and didn't tell me when the GM would be there. Additionally, I asked for him to call me, left my number and my name and the manager pulled off his name tag before he came to me, obviously so I couldn't get his name. Placed an order for delivery as I am watching kids and got them lunch. I realize it is doordash that delievers but the restaurant is responsible for getting the order correct. I called doordash as soon as I realized it was wrong and of course the driver didn't answer (still took the 20% cash tip though). I called McDonald's because I didn't know what to do and the woman who answered was rude and told me I was wrong about what I was missing. I tried telling her what I ordered and again what was missing and asked if I could get it delivered. She told me no that she didn't have anyone and to call doordash again. I got a refund for what was missing but I'm angry about the whole conversation and the "I don't care about your order" attitude. I don't HAVE to get fast food. It's a choice and now I'll choose to spend money somewhere else. This restaurant is always forgetting stuff and normally it's sauces or something that's not a big deal but this was a little ridiculous and in poor...

I am a 20 year Military Veteran and have eaten at McDonald's from NJ to California (and back). I have to say I've never eaten at a McDonald's that was Perfect on every count, Until This Visit! I ordered from the Breakfast Menu: Egg McMuffin and Breakfast Burrito. To begin: 1) The Dining Area - Spotless and I would go as far to say, Immaculate (not to mention welcoming)! 2) The Staff were, as a group kind, considerate and just made me glad I was there! Food was fresh and served quickly. 3) The Bathrooms - Cleanest and most well-kept I have ever seen at a McDonald's. Asked for drink refills and received them Immediately (and they even refreshed with new cups)! Usually a McDonald's will excel in one area, but lack in at least one of the aforementioned. This McDonald's was a Homerun!!! I was on a special trip with my Wife, so I do not frequent this area often, but I thought I would Never hear myself say, "If I am back in the area I WILL be eating at (this)...
