Smoothie King — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

The smoothies are delicious and the employees are very nice and friendly, but it can take excessively long to get your order some days. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what. We used to order through the drive through but after waiting upwards of 20 minutes or more to get the smoothies we started using the mobile app so they would be ready for pickup when we got there. We placed a mobile app order at 12:50p and the app said ready at 1:00p. I didn't even have to order. I went up past hours (didn't know) to even see the hours, i heard them speaking though thr drive though, so I pull up to the drive though to let them know that their mic is on and to ask their hours cuz they were clearly in there and you won't belive what their said "Don't even answer" I get i was past hours but that was before I even got to ask my question and when I had a follow up question about when they were open nothing.

Very disappointing. Took forever in the Drive-Thru, which is set up in the most bizarre way. Getting charged $10 for a medium smoothie you would think that it would be amazing(I have had the smoothie at the smoothie King in Flint and it was great) But the pumpkin D lite barely had any flavor and felt so gritty in an unnatural way that I had to throw more than half of it away.
