Teta's Grill Lebanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

Teta’s Grill is the best restaurant I have ever had the pleasure to not only dine at but also work in! I have worked in kitchens for most of my life and have not and can not say that about all of them. The food is made fresh daily with love and attention to detail. Being recently hired I was impressed on my first day just how fresh everything truly is. The lamb kafta, lamb shawarma, and Baba ghanoush are some of my personal favorites. The cleanliness is unmatchable and I don’t think you could ever find more friendly, humble, prideful, and appreciative owners than Sam and Melissa. They are truly the glue that holds that place together and you can tell by the amazing food, attention to detail, and pride in every aspect of that business that this restaurant is their livelihood. They treat every person that walks in that door with dignity, kindness, respect, amazing food, and a little bit a humor. I am honored to be even given the opportunity to be apart of this amazing place. This is more than a restaurant with good food, this place is the embodiment of family and everyone that walks in that door will always be treated like such. Thank you Melissa and Sam for providing the world with amazing food and your staff and customers with love...

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never been treated worse than I was treated by this restaurant. He said they were understaffed but that is no excuse for lying to me and throwing away my daughter and my food! My phone records calls for 30 days and he said it would be over and hour for chicken shawarma and hummus. We called at 7 so I said no worries i don't mind waiting. Stopped for drinks and showed up happy at 8:03 he said he threw away my food because I wasn't there at 7:30! (Over an hour is past 8pm) And was so rude and yelled at us! My daughter and I seriously couldn't believe we were being treated that way! We are easy going and understanding but this guy was taking his bad day out on us. My daughter was on the phone with me and heard him accidentally hang up the first time i called and then snap at me. Because he was busy. I had ordered almost $100 worth of food. I will NEVER return here and don't advise anyone else to. Who knows which version of the owner you will recieve and you may be waiting your time and energy because they will just tell you they threw away your food....

The best Mediterranean I've ever had, hands down. All the food is made from scratch and they accommodate most, if not all, allergies with special attention to detail such as marking each individual plate of food placed on the table as gluten free or not.

The owner is definitely essentric and a very clearly hands-on manager. He is thoroughly explaining he menu items, he proudly talks about the efforts he takes to ensure quality service and special attention to details and he is sincere in this endeavor.

The staff all seem happy and absolutely efficient. Excellent communication amongst them to ensure the gluten free foods are clearly indicated.

The place is well kept, very clean and calming. It's personal, comfortable and accommodating. The menu is clear and concise and I've not eaten one thing I disliked.
