Wendy's — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

Love the food especially with the new menu... It is really hit a home run there! However the one complaint I do have is something that happens every day... And it just gets ridiculous and that is the line of people waiting for drive-thru service... And then on top of that line that stretches all the way back to m52 on a regular occasion, I saw Saturday that they had the dining room closed... Well once again maybe there was a really good reason for it that day... However what I do now is they would be getting plenty more business if they could just do something to speed it up? Put another person on a till? Get with your lead cooks or whatever you got to do and have them get with the rest of the family there in order to find a solution that works for you guys... Whatever it may be... This is a super common problem with lacking and it makes I would say probably well over half of the people who pull up and see that line? Will they're taking right off again because the line is outrageous. Seems like a simple problem... Especially once you know about it... You would think an easy fix is a sure...

I was very disappointed today with my dinner

1. was ordering a burger off the menu, and the employee could not figure out what it was ( told them over 3 times what it was). I get being new, but it was frustrating
2. we paid but never got my change back until I asked about why my bill was higher
3. I ordered nuggets, got charged for a chicken sandwich ( got the sandwich, but wanted nuggets)
4. The sandwich cost more than the nuggets ( they did give me the difference back in price)
5. After telling them I wanted nuggets, it took a very long time to get someone to give them to me ( got told they were not put in the system, I get that, but why?)
6. There were no lids in the dining room, I went up front to get a lid ( got told they ran out) and did get my lid after that I never got an apology It just seemed like they really did not care We were the only ones in the dining room at the time I never write reviews, by the way Maybe we caught them on an off day, but it was overall just a...

The staff was unorganized but it was shift change.... The manager in charge was yelling across the restaurant kitchen. Unprofessional. But, the food was really good, order was complete and correct. I keep going to this Wendy's the manager will get it straight one day. I don't want to see it close down. I like Wendy's food a change from McDonald's and Arby's in the area. The dining area was nice and clean, the ketchup container was clean(last time nit so mych), another improvement. The foundation pop machine was out of all the different flavors only had Coke and no ice. Weird never seen that before there. But very flavors when filled. In the restaurant area where was like 3 guys with 3 lil kids 2 girls and 1 boy there was just sitting in there being loud.
