I went through the drive thru and ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with extra f.v. I order this same coffee 2 sometimes 3 times a day and I'm forced to use this location bc I live down the street and there is not another close. The girl at the drive thru handed me my coffee and I tasted it and I didn't taste any f.v so I explained to her that I paid almost $1 for extra f.v. as she turned away she rolled her eyes and my 5 year old said "mommy that girl just rolled her eyes" which i saw myself. The manager comes and tells me that a regular med fv has 4 pumps and she put 2 extra (which there is no way) so I said well that's funny bc I have asked multiple workers in that location how many pumps are put in a med and they all say something diff ranging from 4-6 pumps and extra should be 2 additional as she is telling me this the other manager is speaking to her in spanish saying "it's 6 pumps plus the extra" and I told the manager that it's ridiculous that all the workers are not on the same page and say a different amount of pumps and she tells me I shouldn't be rude to her...I told her about her worker that just rolled her eyes and my 5 year old pointed out how that was rude of her....I told the girl she works in customer service and I paid for something and didn't receive it correctly so I asked for it to be fixed and I get an eye roll. So what should i do have driven away and wind up throwing it out wasting the $4 for a coffee. This location is awful and I'm starting to think it's worth the 10 min drive to the trade zone for a coffee bc the workers are rude there and should not be in customer service based job. The guy at the drive thru that wears the winter hat is also rude, never says your welcome when you say thank you, no response to me saying have a great day. just sounds miserable on the speaker and like he's mad that he has to take an order. Half the time I tell them to keep the change hoping it would cheer them up or be in a better mood and no thank you-nothing. This location needs all new workers starting with management. It's not often managers would argue with you when you pay for something and it's given incorrect especially when they know I come there literally everyday...
Read moreI was very disappointed & taken away by the management, ESPECIALLY the manager Voronica. I placed a online ahead order for breakfast for my coworkers and I at 10:45AM & my debit card was charged the $20.00. I approached the store at 11:03AM and was told that my order was invalid & thrown away due to being there past 11AM. When I was questioning as to why my order was âinvalidâ the lady at the speaker was being VERY disrespectful and rude and raising her voice at me, telling me âitâs not her problemâ âi dont know what to tell youâ. I asked for a refund and she told me âi cant give you a refundâ âthis isnt my faultâ âwe dont have anything for youâ. At this point I dont know who im speaking with untill i ask for the manager and she tells me she is the manager. She was VERY unprofessional. I then approached the window because she ended up ignoring me and leaving the mic. When i got to the window i asked to speak to her and again she was yelling in my face making rude remarks towards me & throwing her hands in the air as if i am a bother. Then a nice young lady came over and explained everything to me and how to get a refund in a very nice manner her name was Sonia. She was very respectful and helpful. Veronica on the other hand was EXTREMELY rude and VERY unprofessional.
I used to work in the fast food industry and we would NEVER ever treat our customers this way or even speak to them this way and ESPECIALLY NOT throw there food away that they paid for just because they were not...
Read moreI had my sons 6th birthday party here. When I say they are amazing it is an understatement. From the time I put a deposit down to the day of the party they went above and beyond. They did everything from decorations, helping me set up my decorations, to interacting with all of the kids, and making sure I had everything I needed as well. We had the playroom privately reserved and they never left the room unless it was to go get something for the party. Also, my brother had his sons birthday party there as well and is what prompted me to plan my sons party there. Every child there was exhausted from running around and playing. All the parents who attended were so thrilled with everything as well. Many said they will be planning their kids future parties there. My son is Autistic and many of his classmates came who are also on the scope. They took that into account as well and made sure every child felt special. The manager I worked with is named Carolina and Angie. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a kids party reach out to her. Not to mention it was very very cost friendly. I had 13 kids and around 16 adults. Every child got a happy meal and I got a bundle of other items for the adults. In total with tip it came out...
