KFC — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Just came through the drive thru and the girl was rude to me from start to finish. Those speakers can be hard to hear through I guess so when I gave my order I got "what was that?" So I slowed down and gave her my order again. When I got to the window she opened the window and gave me my total. I handed her a 100 which was all I had and I guess it annoyed her so she slammed the window shut all huffy and called for the manager to bring her change. He did this rather quickly, I figured he would have to as it was a big bill. So she handed me my change and dropped some coins on the pavement and got huffy about that. She handed me my food, saying "here's your food" rather than have a nice day I said I hope your day gets better. To which she was ready to fight and kept saying "yeah, yeah?" I said yeah you're in a rotten mood and drove off. I get having a bad day but she should be nicer in the window or not be there. I spent 35 dollars on a treat for my family as we love KFC and did not deserve...

I ordered my food and when I received it it was in very bad shape my food was raw and did not taste very good at all didn’t receive my complete order when I asked and called in to let them know I did not receive my complete order I got yelled and screamed at and told him that I need to be patient because the store was low on supplies and that I needed to understand that I felt like they were blaming me for it when it wasn’t my fault like they expected me to deal with it because the store was unloading merchandise that is not my fault I am a paying customer and I should’ve received the proper treatment but I didn’t receive it if the store is having problems with low merchandise or not enough food they shouldn’t take it out on their customers I should’ve received The proper respect and the food I bought and paid for and when I went back and showed them my food was raw I should’ve received a replacement but didn’t instead I was told to...

I use to love KFC but now I am hesitant to go back. The last two times I have ordered food I have been disappointed. I ordered A chicken sandwich meal online and picked it up in the drive-through. I tried to request extra sauce, as I have swallowing issues, but that option wasn't available online so I asked the guy at the drive-through window and he looked a little irritated. It's the second time I've had him and he doesn't smile much at all. It's almost like he's annoyed having to work there. My chicken sandwich had more gristly chewy parts than I care to eat. The fries had rotten parts that were still fried and i don't know what the nuggets were made from. The Mt. Dew had no taste. I got NO napkins. I threw out 1/2 the meal. So bummed. What a...
