If I could give this place zero stars I would. Would not recommend it what so ever.

I called to place an order after reading their menu online. I had asked if they had wings and then noticed they had fish and chips on the menu and told them that was what I wanted. I showed up, paid and then noticed that my take out order was bone in wings. When I brought it back and said I ordered the fish and chips, they took back my wings and said they would talk with the chef. I waited again for my fish and chips for them to bring me ONE SINGLE piece of fish and never to return to me again. I asked the chef after a while if the rest of my actual meal was coming out and he informed me that there was no fish and chips on their menu. And unenthusiastically could make me fish but wouldn’t know how since it’s not a current menu item. This all took over an hour for a simple take out order. No single worker came back to me at all. Or even recognized the mess up. I paid almost $20for myself. I could have gone to somewhere else for cheaper.

I never ended up getting my fish and chips, they took my wings and still charged me. I reached to the Facebook page (which they read), owner, and called multiple times with no answer and still a week later have not heard back from anyone.

They will take your money and not make it correct in anyway. DO NOT waste your time or...

Not at all impressed with this place. We had researched the menu online it sounded GREAT, not so much. Apparently they have two menus, one for before 4 pm and one after. Several of the items I would have preferred weren't even on the menu. Having been to the Big Easy several several times the food here taste like it came out of the freezer. I ordered the "Southern Fried Fish Tacos" fish wasn't fried at all and I had what looked to be two pieces of Smelt on each taco, the tortilla was stale and hard to chew. The saving grace of my meal was the coleslaw and waffle fries. My husband got the Blackened Trout Po Boy, can you say paper thin and just about as tasty? We ordered a Muffeletta to go, OH BOY....SAD SAD SAD!!!! Waitress/Bartender said that sometimes the NITROGEN in the coke doesn't mix right, NITROGEN? REALLY? Ok, let's hope she isn't a college student! Apparently the cook had had one too many beers too. Not at all impressed and will not...

If you like the smell of beer and sticky table tops....cold food this is your place. Waitresses are very nice, but that's alll this place has to offer. When you get to be in your 40+ you should know better but the ratings tricked us. The food was cold and took forever (considering we were only 2nd table there). We were afraid of food poisoning this place is so dirty. I think this place really is for college students that are too drunk to care about food quality. I could still smell the stench of them hours after and yet...we stayed...so it's our fault for being stupid enough to not listen to our guts the moment we sat down on those sticky torn bench seats. I blame myself really. I should know better. This is a fair warning to all of you reading the reviews before eating here....don't...for the love of...
