My recent dining experience there was nothing short of exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to give it a perfect 5-star rating. From the moment I stepped inside, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable, with Owen and Joseph providing attentive and knowledgeable guidance throughout the evening. They truly elevated the experience with their genuine hospitality and passion for the food. The 5-course tasting menu was a masterpiece. Each dish was meticulously crafted, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques. The house-made gnocchi was a revelation - light, pillowy, and exploding with buttery flavor. It practically melted in my mouth, leaving me wanting more. The highlight of the meal for me was the filet mignon, expertly cooked and boasting a beautifully caramelized crust. The Dijon peppercorn au poivre sauce was the perfect complement, adding a touch of richness and spice without overpowering the delicate flavors of the meat. And then came the dessert: a stunning lemon tart that was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. The tart crust was flaky and buttery, the filling perfectly tart and balanced by a touch of sweetness, and the fresh berries added a delightful pop of color and flavor. Where to begin….it was dreamy. Chef Owen, Sydney, Hannah and Jake worked together beautifully. You can easily realize the staff genuinely care about each other. This is a telltale for exceptional creations. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming and the experience is like a perfect dance. Every course was delicious and melted in your mouth. The wine choices were excellent. I have already made reservations to return. The menu is determined by the local fresh ingredients. Don’t walk to try this outstanding restaurant, run! I’ve been here twice now and loved it!

First time was for the “standard” dinner service and when I say it was amazing, I mean AMAZING! So much so I contemplated taking out a second mortgage to afford a way to make chef Owen my private chef. The way he curates his dishes and uses seasonal ingredients is amazing. The dining experience is intimate and so fun to get to meet new people with the same love of food and such a unique and memorable setting.

I also was able to enjoy one of his recent pop up experiences for Italian night and it was also wonderful! He was SO accommodating to my group of 20 and did an additional seating for the night (mind you after doing two full seatings before us, this man and his team are true superheroes of F&B) and made it so enjoyable for us. He and his team went above and beyond to give us a private family style experience that reminded me of Sunday dinners as a little girl with all the people I love enjoying fellowship over a meal in a very intimate setting.
