The menu at Firehouse Subs is diverse and offers a wide range of mouthwatering options. The quality of the ingredients used in their subs is clearly evident. I opted for the Hook & Ladder sub, which was expertly crafted with freshly sliced meats, melted cheese, and a delectable combination of condiments. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the bread was perfectly toasted, adding a delightful crunch to the overall experience.

Read moreI just tried calling this location for the past 16 minutes with no answer and their voicemail is full…(9/17 from 12:45pm-1:01pm) Placed online order at 12:32pm on 9/15 and was provided a pickup time of 1pm by Firehouse Subs. Arrived at 1pm and didn’t the receive food until 1:20pm. I would not have ordered based on a 1:20pm pick up time due to my scheduled events that afternoon. They turned away ALL walk-in orders from 1:00pm until I left. I counted six customers that came in and left. I asked for my order to be canceled due to wait time instead of receiving my food. It took the cashier over 5 minutes to try and figure out how to process the refund from the Firehouse app order and the food “miraculously” became ready at 1:20pm while trying to get my refund so I could leave. The General Manager responded to me with “tough luck” per his email below. They took my order and money and didn't do what they said they would, and will not refund my order. Order at your own risk or better yet, go somewhere else, especially if you want to eat without having to wait an hour for a soggy sandwich. Firehouse email from the GM is below… We apologize for the inconvenience and having to wait an additional 2o minutes for the order to be completed. Unfortunately, online order times can vary depending on the volume of the restaurant. We will not be issuing a refund for this order.
Thank you, Ralph Brownewell General Manager Firehouse Subs-...

She was snarky, rude, and clearly not happy as when I asked for garlic bread she glared and then went on to rudely explain that it was "white bread that they smear garlic butter on then toast. So, white bread for your sandwich"
They have 6 people behind the line and 3 of them standing around doing nothing... I placed my order and went to use the bathroom. when I came out, got my drink and soda machine sprayed everywhere. Got dirty looks from staff like it was my fault but I cleaned up the mess. Then I waited... I waited 20 minutes while 2 orders which were placed after me were made. I waited while I watched then try to box my togo order in a dirty container, and while they complained about how unnecessary it is for them to have to "make" the garlic bread. Restaurant is dirty, staff is rude and very slow moving, and they made my sandwich wrong and served me burnt potato soup.
Overall firehouse subs is a great restaurant... but this location will never get my...
