This is easily the best restaurant in Mt. Pleasant, IA, especially for the health conscious. Pad Thai is partnering with the Henry Co. Health Center to provide healthy options, and you will find that the vast majority of the menu meets this classification. If you like Asian cuisine, then I highly recommend you try this restaurant. Flavors of curry, coconut, peanut, and other interesting combinations are thrown together to challenge your palette for memorable experiences. Another note that I cannot forget is that this restaurant has an excellent ambiance and the staff are GREAT. Sometimes my wife and I like to order in and watch movies, but when we are thinking of eating at Pad Thai we almost don't want to miss out on the great atmosphere. Many times the owners come out to just check in, and they are always smiling and enjoy greeting everyone. They did this even when we were new to the place. Also, they carefully train their waiters to be knowledgeable on the dish. The menu is reasonably sized, and the waiters usually have tried any/all dishes listed there. Don't miss out on the Spring Rolls for an appetizer!

Read moreVery expensive and you don’t even get a servings worth of food. It was almost $40 for two orders and both my partner and I, and the amount of food we got wasn’t even enough for one person. They also gave us the wrong food completely. We ordered Tiger Cried Beef and they gave us General Tso’s. When we called to talk to them and try to find a solution as we came from out of town, they told us that there was nothing they could do to help us and that we’re out of luck as they were closing before we could make the drive back to them.
Would not recommend to anyone and will never go back again. Honestly one of the worst experiences with a restaurant...
Read moreBoth spouse and I ordered Pad Thai. I ordered sweet and sour w shrimp and he had spicy w pork. Mine came w a strong fish smell and taste; ended up picking out shrimp. Could not get a fork in to them they were so old and hard. No peanuts. Spouse’s dish noodles were unrecognizable and tasted of old fish. Both dishes super sweet w sauce. Had to spit husbands out. We ended up leaving most of it and told waitress it was bad. Not sure if she understood English. Don’t understand the good ratings. Wanted spring rolls they were out. Other customers heard arguing with waitress about getting different sauces. Prices...
