Verizon — Local services in Mount Pleasant

I came back to Verizon after only being gone 2 or 3 weeks from them. As a delivery driver I need consistent cell service and definitely did not get that when I switched to a different carrier. Next time you stop in try to get Ali to help you with your transfer over as she is very helpful and will do her best to help you with your needs. I still believe Verizon is one of the best and won’t be leaving again anytime soon as they provide the best coverage for my route in the Southeast IA area. They cover about 95% or more of my current route while the other service I switched to only covered maybe 85% or less. Keep up the good work Verizon!!!! 0/5 Stars. Lady with the short blonde hair is easily the rudest employee ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Been into the Mt. Pleasant location twice to upgrade my phone and have got nothing but attitude for no apparent reason both times. She exclaimed that there was an hour wait today. Without saying anything i went to leave but as im walkin out the door she says “There is a location in burlington and iowa city if that is going to be a problem!”, in the snarliest attitude ive heard from an adult’s mouth. I was treated with by far the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a Verizon store! Steven and Calysta worked through the multiple issues that my account had switching from iPhone to Samsung. They worked for hours, through lunchtime, so I could leave the store with service on my devices.
