I came back to Verizon after only being gone 2 or 3 weeks from them. As a delivery driver I need consistent cell service and definitely did not get that when I switched to a different carrier. Next time you stop in try to get Ali to help you with your transfer over as she is very helpful and will do her best to help you with your needs. I still believe Verizon is one of the best and wonāt be leaving again anytime soon as they provide the best coverage for my route in the Southeast IA area. They cover about 95% or more of my current route while the other service I switched to only covered maybe 85% or less. Keep up the good work Verizon!!!! Pleasant location twice to upgrade my phone and have got nothing but attitude for no apparent reason both times. She exclaimed that there was an hour wait today.
