Customer service is non existent at the Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Tea Planter Ln. We ordered on the app and when it said the order was ready we went inside to get it. There was nothing ready anywhere and so I asked the girl if we were in the right place to get the online order and she rudely answered it’s being made. I said ok, excuse me.
