Wendy's — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Another half hour wasted at this dump. 2 visits in a row and the staff has been obnoxious, rude, and at the end of my painful wait finally left with nothing. Twice. In. A. Row. At this point I'm becoming convinced it's a race issue and I am not welcome here because of my skin color. The employees last time were handing out food to their family members who were just hanging out in the dining room. I stood waiting for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Tonight after waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes, like a fool, we were handed a warm frosty. The cup was literally warm and had frosty soup inside. We asked for a cold one since ours had seemingly been waiting on the warm counter the whole time we sat in line and the young girl at the window rolled her eyes and said, "they're all coming out like that." Then say something when we we order a half hour ago genius. Again, the second time we have been treated like cockroaches at this Wendy's within a week. So we ask for our money back instead, more eye rolling, 5 minutes to count out our change and then we find why...it was mostly given in pennies. So now I have a pocket of pennies, no food for the second time and further evidence that the manager here is teaching employees to behave this way. People are not naturally this stupid and lazy and downright mean. When we finally got our 5 pounds of pennies the girl tried handing us the frosty soup and said that we could just throw it away. Worst service ever experienced. Used the online ordering while in line, thinking that would speed up the process. Got up to the ordering speaker box only to be rudely spoken to about my order not even existing, so I said fine, I'll just order 3 double cheeseburgers and deal with getting a refund later. The drive thru attendant continued with the disrespectful tone and words letting me know they were out of cheeseburgers....so I asked for chicken sandwiches,.....she stated that she was out of those too. this scenario continued. I ended up being asked to pull over while everyone else was served. I tried speaking to the manager, other employees, the door was slammed in my face and I was ignored. Meanwhile, I had 3 children in the car, coming home from a baseball tournament. All they wanted was food and then bed. We ended up leaving after they closed down the drive thru without ever serving us or resolving the issue. The rude employee wears a leopard print headset. I have never been treated with the amount of disrespect that she displayed, all bc i thought I would speed up the ordering process by following the signs they have publicly placed saying to get your order faster by plac8ng your order online. I will never step foot on that property again, muxh less order from a Wendy's establishment again because of...

Terrible experience!! Our order took forever and was incorrect, Frosty was only half filled, there were 2 people there who looked to be friends or relatives of one of the employees filling up their personal half gallon jugs with soda, a very young boy running around the dining area unsupervised watching videos on a phone that contained obscene language and harassing us and the only other 2 customers (who ultimately packed up their order to go)! This location was not clean and the woman taking the order filled our chili containers after having her fingers in them.This was our second visit.. the first time around an employee with a surly attitude who was picking up trays dropped the contents of one and just left it there.
