I have always loved this Dominos location and use it as our primary “go-to” for pizza. I order a pizza at least once per month and have it delivered, in the winter months and during basketball season we find we order to be delivered once a week. Today after placing my order this evening and timing it to be home shortly after we arrived home. I received a notification that the order was complete, delivery driver on his way. A few minutes later I receive a phone call stating that “they do not deliver to my house and as far as they go is Creech’s. Was I going to meet the delivery driver there or do they need to cancel the order.” I attempted to explain to the employee that they must be mistaken because they delivered to me every week for the last 5 weeks and have delivered here for the last 2 years that I have lived in our home. The caller (“manager Caleb”) got extremely short with me and cut me off mid sentence and stated he don’t care what was done in the past that if I couldn’t meet them at Creech’s then he would cancel my order. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully and I work in retail! Had he stated that they were short on delivery drivers or there was an extenuating circumstance that prevented them from delivering to my house I would have been more understanding. Read moresupposedly they can't refund me so I ask her for the "district manager's name and number" only to be told she can't give that out that "it's against the law"" yes you heard me correct she said it's against the law??? Now keep in mind I did good to be really patient and nice all this time so when she starts acting like the CIA gaurding the president but I still was nice and long story short as she continues chasing her tail telling more tales but starts to get it that not buying them she finally just hangs up on me!!! At t it's no longer about a $20 dollar pizza that I can not even eat but it's about the rude service and more so from a manager who should be far better trained than this. Needless to say this household will never order from Domino's again nor will any of my family and if your smart and or tired of outrageous prices and nasty rude service you won't either. Does anyone know how I can find the number to the District Manager? I observed a very clean work place even in the presence of an obviously high work load. I had the pleasure of witnessing an employee clearly instructing a newer employee with patience and care. Once again, they were very busy so this last detail truly wanted my heart.
