Like most Wendy's, this location has good food. It is a clean and presentable location...as it should be. Most people that work there are nice, but the young lady at the front is consistently rude, impatient, and presents an attitude that comes across as, "You are not welcome here. Go away." This has been going on for quite awhile and it is the same girl. Her name is Ashley. I am not putting this on here because I have a huge ax to grind or anything. But there have been many occasions where after getting out of church at night a collective choice is made to go to a Wendy's location further away just to avoid having to deal with Ashley. Some of her antics include rolling of the eyes, impatient sighs, snide comments, interrupting when a customer is ordering, and just an overall unwelcome demeanor. Tonight as I walked in the door, Ashley snidely asked, "Is your whole church coming?"...as if to say, am I going to have to take ALL of your orders?!? Well Ashley, to tell you the truth, No. They are not coming. And it is because of you. To management of this establishment: Because of Ashley's position at the front counter, she is the first and last representation of your store...I am not trying to get her in trouble, but if you actually care about your business and the customers it serves, this is something to keep in...
Read moreWe're from out of town and stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday. It looked like a really nice Wendy's so that is what drew us in. The restaurant itself is really nice, clean, etc..and the biscuit sandwiches were delicious. Now, the man at the register is where it went downhill. From the way he was dressed, he may have been a manager? At any rate, he comes over and doesn't say one word...just stands there staring at us. I assumed to just start ordering and asked a question about the biscuit sandwiches and his reply was "I guess" and just glared at us once again. We finally placed the order, paid and after he gave the change, he just walked off. I've never been in a restaurant ever, that a cashier didn't speak...its crazy. It made the visit very awkward and honestly, probably wouldn't return if we ever came thru town again. Bottom line, rudeness has no place in customer service. Maybe he'd be better suited for an office job where he doesn't deal with...
Read moreWas wanting to go to Wendy’s because it’s usually spot on and never have a problem. Unfortunately the drive through service tonight was awful. I pulled up to a girl crying at the cash register. I understand everyone has a bad day and has problems so I just said “I hope your day gets better” and drove on. Once I got to the window for my food the people were laughing and talking. One of my wraps was correct and the other wasn’t. If you’re going to be laughing and talking you better make sure your food is correct. Neither window I had a thank you, a have a nice day, no words were said even after I said “thank you” and have a “good day” Really rough experience which sucks because it usually goes...
