McDonald's — Restaurant in Mountain Home

My husband & I went to McDonalds after our kids open house. Something quick and easy... Well we were wrong. When we got to the window the girl asked us to pull forward, we now refuse to pull forward bc anytime we do they we set there for 20 minutes when my husband went inside to check on it they proceeded to tell us they gave our order away, and they can't refund us bc they didn't have the cash in their drawer! Wait what?! We were so infuriated we just left at that point. We always run into something when we pull forward so hints the reason we refuse. Now onto what they did to us when we refused to pull forward. We said no and we explained why. Next thing we know an employee who they would only tell us his name is "Drake" came out and took a picture of our license plate, and the front of our truck. We watched his manager get onto him for it, he shrugged his shoulders to say whatever the manager then proceeded to come to the window while we demanded he delete whatever pictures he took of our vehicle she called us liars and said he didn't take nor have any pictures that he was texting. Guys I do not know of any individuals that go behind someone's vehicle to their license plate to hold up a phone sideways to text, then put their phone down come to the front of a total strangers vehicle hold the phone up above their head directed at the vehicle to text there is just no way possible. If I could give a zero on this review I would. You will not see us back for someone who use to work fast food this is not how you...

We have multiple complaints about this location. I gave them 1 star because the Manager comped our meal and made it right. Having the same complaints continuously is so frustrating. Fries half way full and cold. Special orders with tomatoes etc always ignored and made the usual way. Drinks so full that we have to sop the contents up from the lid, hair in our food on multiple occasions employees at the drive through yelling angrily at other employees and then discussing their anger with us, just to name a few. I've called to get the DM's contact info but of course they dont want yo give me that info. I went through the drive through 3 times one night to get "full" fries that were also at least semi warm and the shift manager had the audacity to tell me that they have to weight every fry order that goes out and they have to weigh 6 oz. So if they dont look full there isnt anything they can do about it.....weight every dry order that goes out? I can only laugh at that one!! Aomeone do something about these...

Clean, friendly hard working employees, not to mention their physical beauty, :) they were helpful and compassionate towards elderly customers who were not as sharp with their vision as they used to be, one of the best McDonald's restaurants I've ever visited, and that's restaurants all over the western third of the states of USA from palm springs to Los Angeles to Vallejo and Sacramento and yuba gap/nevada city, California to las Vegas to tonopah to reno to elko to wendover, Nevada, to Arizona to new Mexico to texas to Oklahoma to Arkansas to Tennessee to Mississippi to west plains to Thayer to st. Louis to kansas city, Missouri to Kansas City, Kansas to Colorado, to Wyoming, to Brigham city, to harrisville, to Logan, to ogden city, to riverdale, to roy, to Clinton, to clearfield, to layton to salt lake city to provo to st George, Utah.
