Subway — Restaurant in Mountain Home

One day, after a long day after work, I decided to go into subway because I was craving this particular sandwich I haven't had in a very long day. I was heading to Wally world (because where else are you going to get groceries in mountain home that also has a subway inside) and after doing enough shopping for the day I went into the subway. When I walked in it was like a miracle dream, customers were happy, it was a clean and nice, and the workers were smiling. That boosted my mood for the day and I went to go to order my sandwich, the two very nice workers Jay and Gavin, were present and ready to make my sandwich. Since I was the only one ordering at that moment Jay went into the back to do subway worker things and Gavin decided to order. My favorite order is a spicy Italian with mozzarella which lettuce olives and mayo on top. Gavin with a smile on his face put on all ingredients very delicately, making sure my sandwich would be the best I've ever had. We picked up a conversation about the gym and he had mentioned he benches 225! That's crazy and I knew this was gonna be the best sandwich I ever had because what subway worker works this hard and also can bench that much!?!? When he handed me my sandwich with confidence I became a very happy customer and walked out the store gleefully and ready to eat this amazing sandwich. However once I got to my car someone started to try and mug me! The guy was holding a knife and wanted me to hand him my wallet. I was so scared and didn't know what to do, but then I saw someone coming up behind him. And guess what, it was Gavin! Gavin came up behind the mugger, twisted the muggers wrist and pinned him to the ground. Gavin is truly a hard worker and after that interaction, I trust him...

I’ve never been the type to leave a bad review no matter how bad the experience is but, the girl working (Hailey) had an attitude when attending. She seemed to have been doing something in the back and once she saw me at the register her immediate reaction was “Jesus fkn Christ”… again I said nothing cause I’m not the type to confront. She then proceeded to say “I only have wheat bread by the way” I told her kindly “oh man let me take a call real quick to make sure it’s fine” (since I was ordering for a friend) mind you they close at 9pm, It’s now 8:48pm at this time and she proceeded to shut the door and lock it while I was in there still...

Ordered 2 foot long tuna fish sandwiches. They neglected to add the tuna. Went back and got attitude from one worker that said that my wife ordered it that way! He lied I was on the phone with her while she ordered 2 foot longs tuna sandwiches. He did remake them all with an attitude. Also our drink was Diet Pepsi, it was so watered down. They needed to change out syrup. Oh yea while I was apologizing for my anger he stated that this always happens there. Sure enough I check reviews and there’s a lot of bad reviews!! Won’t go...
