Double Lane line got clogged, one person taking orders, 3 cars jumped in front of us, the girls ipad was "overheating" we got to the window after the other cars got their orders, they didnt have our order at all even though I was charged the full amount for it. One girl tried to help, another girl just had her tell her the order and completely messed up both orders even though it was said correctly. they were just trying to push through the line I understand but we ordered a strawberry rebel (which is pinkish red) with blue razz and lime drizzle and they gave us some green drink. for the caramelizer there isnt any of the caramel in it and it tastes really watered down and bad. I paid for oatmilk, i paid for extra drizzles and neither was supplied, I tried hard to drink it and enjoy it but one tastes like mocha flavored water and the other just straight kiwi and its super sugary. we are throwing both away and heading to the one in Boise to spend another 13$. never seen a dutch bros mess up so hard and do such a poor job trying to compensate. Will not come here again. please dont reply with some link to email support, im just here trying to save other dutch enthusiasts from wasting their time here.
Oh and P.S. the girl first taking the order called it a "Redbull". not a "Rebel". I should have known then not to trust the store especially since they were so new. I just believed in Dutch's...
Read moreThe girls are sweet and I’ve always had such love for Dutch however this one is simply failing to meet expectations. Each and every time I’ve gone they’ve always messed up my order. And I mean constantly. I’ve ordered tea and it was cold brew. I’ve gotten hand blended rebels with driz and it’s either not hand blended or doesn’t have driz. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and order all my coffee drinks with oat milk and the first few times it wasn’t oat milk is when I switched to teas and rebels, which they’re also getting wrong. Today I went in because it was rainy and a little cold so I wanted a hot chocolate. I ordered an extra sweet hot coco with oat milk and it was made with chocolate milk. I love Dutch bros but I’m tired of spending money on drinks that I either don’t like or simply can’t drink. Do better mtn home dutch. Please. I really want to be able to come and KNOW that I’m going to get the same quality as boise and I’m just not. Not only that but the customer service is always just sub par. It’s almost like they just don’t want to talk to the customers. I understand trying to get through a line faster but I know that Dutch bros holds their quality and service to a very high standard and this one is failing at both of those. Thanks, but I’ll just go to Briesta or drive to boise...
Read moreAs a prior employee of Dutch Bros, I know what the Dutch Bros brand is supposed to represent. The past couple of times I have visited, the broistas pulled shots that were over the pull time but they still deemed the shots usable. This time around, when we pulled up to the window (30 minutes before close), the broistas were cleaning all the heads to the bar — which is normal closer towards the end of the shift. What I do not feel is acceptable for the Dutch Bros brand is the fact that the employees did notice us and already made eye contact with us at our window, but did not say a single thing to us or even a greeting. We had to just start our order without the broista starting the conversation. Yet again, I know the broistas are supposed to ask for a tip, but the broista didn’t even prompt us to scan our app which I did have out on my phone. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if this was not consistently the service I have received from this location. The only reason we ever go here now is if we are in desperate need of caffeine after other shops are closed, because we know the service is not truly going to represent the...
