Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mountain Home

Really a great store with good management (from the pass), tho you better "check your orders !", before you leave, if your not eating in.. This store needs some serious management.. my family An I have went to this store,. weekly, through many months (opening), I usually order the same item(s), sadly this last time I had to repeatedly ask abought my order (while ordering) and the staff even repeated back the order an it was still messed up, I even got charged more, I didn't question it because prices have been on the increase at some places an I just wanted my order quickly as I didnt really have the time.. (Walk in-usually takes around two to five min "normally"), nope.. it was almost 9min an their was only two workers doin food (as theirs usually more), "drive through" is usually a nightemare as the orders are never right (!), just quicker & if thats not enough.. I've went to several other stores (from the past) and most of the managers have no issues letting anyone get a refill, I just ask to charge me double (their large) if you bring a larger cup, this store looses money honestly and most likely some customers may not return to this store just because they are on their (customers) lunch break an cant afford to drive many places., if these many issues keep happening I may have no choice but quit going to this store or all of them.. Taco Bell your not doing business right when you allow your customers to be treated poorly and issues like mine are bad but whats worse is when a customer is told the store is out of a main ingredient (cheesy jalapeno sauce) that shouldnt ever be out of, making most meals in your menue, worthless to eat (IMO) or shouldnt be charged nearly as much, come on "?', fast food or not.. make things right with your customers...

It's Taco Bell, what can you really say...it is what it is.. Overpriced fast food pretending to be some sort of relation to Mexican food...by my standards I'd say that it is a very very distant cousin...like the one you see at family reunions and have no idea who they are or how your related ....and as for service, etc let me say, of the few times we've eaten there, everytime I attempt to use a promo or deal from the app I am led on a wild goose chase with ectremely frustrating challenges. For instance, if you order through app to pick up in house you had better be prepared to use plastic payment. One time, my plastic wasnt being accepted and my phone was dying. When i arrived i couldnt have my online order filled via the app unless i paid with plastic. I eventually had to buy a giftcard there with cash tben use the giftcard to pay (but this only happened after numerous attempts online and half the crew getting in on what the ordeal was and their individual solution. I mean, i could have walked to Mexico and eaten some legit Mexican food with less f4ustrations and overall stress /embarrassment. When your 8 year old child is dramatically clutching his rotund belly and moaning," I'm starving" its just a bit much to have to jump through a ton of red tape to save a few bucks but then again, when you are a single disabled mom every penny has...

If I could give 0 I would. There’s a girl there with black curly hair who needs some serious training in customer service. She’s ALWAYS wearing AirPods when I come through the drive through which I almost wouldn’t mind if she was even slightly bearable to deal with. I understand not loving your job, especially in food service, but don’t take it out on me. Every time I come through the drive thru she doesn’t speak to me, like at all. She holds her hand out the window and makes 0 eye contact. No hello, no order total, nothing. So I give my card and pay and then I get it back, still no words spoken. Then she hands me my food still not speaking, shocker. Then just let’s the window shut. I’ve worked in customer service before, I know it’s not always fun. But at least an order total, a hello, maybe even a have a good day is literally all I ask for bare minimum customer service. Add the AirPods on top and not only is it unprofessional, it’s just disrespectful. Please teach this girl basic...
