Wendy's — Restaurant in Mountain Home

It's been 50 Years since Wendy's has been open and running. I love Wendy's a lot. But there is one more thing i always hate about. Is i hate McDonald's. Especially i hate my family who took me to Wendy's and buy us a supper and shakes. I am a customer of Wendy's since the 90s. I been watching Wendy's Commercial all the time. But i remember that man name Dave Thomas who was a very nice businessman. A very nice Cooker. And a very nice Father. When Dave Thomas was alive. He was a founder of Wendy's when he begins cooking a Squared Burger instead of a round burger. He also cooks a Squared Chicken too. And of course he makes Milk Shake. I really like Dave Thomas a lot. But back then i never met him since when he was alive. And yes he has a daughter name Melinda who is Wendy. Yes her dad likes to call her Wendy instead of Wenda. But he made that Fast Food place as Wendy's. He keeps on going until 2002. Dave Thomas passed away when i was 16. I missed him a lot every year. But i been watching Wendy's Commercial with Dave Thomas all the time before his death. And yes after his death. His Daughter was there on a commercial also. And as i am a customer. I missed Wendy's for years. And i haven't come buy to Wendy's for years as well. I may save Wendy's just in case I may eat my own lunch, sodas and shake in my own apartment whenever i separate away from my family. I give it 5 Stars for Wendy's after 50 Years. And yes i may fell in love with Wendy's for the next 50 Years. Love...

As often as I go to this place, be advised: currently, they've been looking for staffing. I'm unsure as to why they take their time in "fast" food. But if you go here on a 30 minute lunch break, be prepared to sit in line for 20 minutes before ordering while after you order waiting another 5 to get your food.

If the line is to the street, be expected to wait an average of 15 to 20 minutes between getting in line and receiving your food. Again, I'm sure it's staffing issues. But please figure out a faster drive through situation and I'd be happy to bring my score back up.

Update: I'm changing my score from 2 stars to 1 star. They still haven't fixed their staffing issues, and when they closed their lobby because of staffing, I didn't know about it when I placed my order on the mobile app (which is generally a lot faster than using their drive through.) I called them outside the store and they told me I have to use the drive through. As 7 cars pulled up.

Now the whole reason I use the mobile app was to avoid the wait because my job only allows 30 minutes for a lunch break. Which means I place my order, and driving there is my wait time. I don't have 25 minutes to sit in a drive through while Karen places an order for her 5 kids and her 2 husbands. I already placed the order, telling me to wait longer when I'm already on a time constraint just tells me not to order from...

I love Wendy's for their chocolate classic frosties, fries, and burgers.

Their customer service used to be great. Lately, you have to wait until someone comes around to the front desk to take your order. This isn't great service. Someone should always be there around the front to take orders but nope that's not the case lately.

I recently tried their new beverage. It's called, the chocolate cold brew. The advertising looked so good it made me want to buy a dozen of them. However, sadly it didn't live up to my expectations.

The size I ordered was a medium. It was very large in nature so I was satisfied with that because it was what I would expect a large would cost but the large size is even more money. Wow! The chocolate they put into the iced coffee wasn't like McDonald's. I can't describe it exactly but it stuck to the cup walls and when I scraped it down with a spoon it was like I had tiny chocolate plastic in my beverage...it was tiny pieces...weird right? Also, the chocolate syrup didn't mix well at all. So what was the sender of adding it? All $5 down the drain. Iced coffee was okay but nothing foamy like the advertising. I rather have McDonald's iced coffee which has more flavor than this chocolate cold brew...
