The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Don't expect K & G to be a Great company that stands by the product that they sell even when sold with a defect. They blame you for it and will not allow a return or give your hard earned money back even with tags on the item and a receipt. I purchased some clothes for my brother who came here for his birthday. His presents were(2 shirts, pants,shorts set) and I watched him try the shirts on that didn't fit. He removed them and placed them in the bag for me to return. I took them back and was told that they can't take 1 of the shirts back because of a stain that obviously I didn't see when I purchased it. None of the other clothes that I returned had any issues. I don't see well and didn't have my glasses on when I bought it so I didn't even get the right size so I missed the defect on the back bottom of the shirt too. I have spent so much money through the years in this store for the men in my life but that will end today because I don't appreciate the lack of customer service that you receive, and I can spend my money where the retailer does appreciate your business and realize that the customer is who will keep you in business, help pay salaries, and increase your bottom line. The lack of concern for your customer will most certainly lower it. When you lose your good customers like me it will lead to store closings and job loss. It's happened before and it will again...the customer is king ....keep dogging them and see...

The older lady on the menās section directed us to the childrenās section. Remind you a 14yr old 5ā4 and weighs about 100lbs. We went to the kidās section he found a couple of suits but he also wanted to look in the menās section to get an idea. So we picked a couple of items and had him try all of them on just so he can look at how it looks on him and get an idea. The guy in the menās dressing area was phenomenal. Sadly the items didnāt work out but gladly he knew what to look for. So the guy at the menās dressing room insisted we get my son measured so we know what to look for. The lady looked at me and told me she donāt measure kids and to go to the kids section I just looked at her and said I just want his measurements for his pants so I know what to look for. She redirected me and I just said ok and proceeded to leave since you canāt help me or my son Iām not spending my money here nor will I be back. Worse...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday is Monday and I have a convention to attend this weekend. I thought I would be proactive and get some alterations done. I elected to support my local K&G. I brought in a Red Blazer and a pair of black slacks. I needed to get the cuffs done on the jacket because they were too long. On only needed the zipper replaced on the pants. The customer service in the FITTING ROOM was terrible. Theyāre absolutely no willingness to help. He actually did not want to help me. Instead of assisting me with my initial request, he attempted to encourage me to just buy a new blazer. I did not want to do this because I have only worn it twice. I expressed that I have an event this weekend and I would not have the time to order the same blazer and have here by the event date. Now, we suddenly have a language barrier. At this point, I just elected to leave and not even spend any money at this location, not even to get the zipper replaced. Donāt get your alterations done here, go...
