Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

Went through drive. I ordered a supreme nacho with beans and a Bean Burrito I asked the lady make sure its beans cause I am allergic to meat. she said yes got everything as a beans. So came to the window to pay again I ask her to make sure its all beans she said yes its all beans. then I came to my work to eat my food cause I had a lunch break. So I ate my bean burrito first so it was fine then I open the supreme nacho it was with beef STEAD of beans I called them and ask for the manger the guy said I am the manger. I told him I came there to order the food and I asked them almost 2 or 3 times to make sure its beans, one of the item came with beef. Stead of apology he hang-up the call on me. I was keep calling him he wasn't answering. He put the phone on the said the phone line was keep going as a busy. Then after long time he answered for a second with out talking he hang-up the call again because he knew it was me. It made me really anger it wasn't about the money I just want he to apology and say whenever u come back bring the receipt with u we will take care of u. So again I went through drive cause there is some work going on so the restaurant is close but not the drive through I ask for the manger he came he showed up by window. The first question I asked why did u hang up the call he said it with in a attitude I did not hang the call if u didn't hang-up the call y its keep going as a busy line. I ALSO TOLD HIM I CALLED U 37 TIMES. He had no answer he said with in attitude what I can do. Do u want the food or refund. NO SORRY OR NOTHING. I WILL NEVER EVER WILL GO TO THIS PLACE CAUSE THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT COUSMER SERIVES NEITHER THEY KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO COUSMER. THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE FROM WORK. BEACUSE OF THSES KIND OF PEOPLE THE BUSINESE R GOING BAD. I ALSO HAVE THE PICTURES OF 37 CALL THAT HE HANGUP THE CALL ON ME 2 TIMES. AND THE OTHER WASNT ANSWER. PLZ DONT GO TO THESE KIND OF PLACE WHEN THEY DONT HAVE MANERS TO TALK TO...

I went in and got a paper that directs you to the online page ,applied for a job online . I was told to come in for a interview with your manger Velina George at 1 in the afternoon . we had a interview and everything was great . She was very nice , but I already notice she was very "relaxed" when it comes to policy . She had blue nails . and a very noticeable tounge ring . I am a teenager so i didnt really think much of it . well i was told i was hired . To come in on saturday at 12 with my black pants ,shoes, and sock . drivers license and social security card . they will send me a email to do my background check . I was very thankful then proceed out the door . well a few hours later i recieve a call from the store . the caller didnt identity themselves. Noticeable female voice . she told me all position were filled . i asked her so your not excepting hires . she said no .ill let you know if something opens up. I said okay . and she hung up. I waited a minute to process what just happened . and called back. It rung the first time . no anwser . i called it again and it was disconnected. I had to call Ms. George personal phone to get in contact with her . and she just said yea its true . I think that was very unprofessional. And you guys should really look into your management . I was told i had the job then it was just like Nvm . thats...

EASILY THE WORST TACO BELL LOCATION EVER.

Been sitting here 40 minutes. Can't get out of line because of layout so it's not for a lack of trying. I'm being held against my will at this point.

This location is slow usually... Today they are EXTRAORDINARILY slow. Apparently they are making everyone order at the window. There is ZERO warning about this so by the time you get to the speaker you learn your fate is to sit in line, trapped with cars before you and after you.

I've yet to meet today's circus handlers but the typical staff of this location are slow, careless, apathetic, mouth-breathers. They NEVER give you napkins and can't follow simple instructions.

Oh good... Two more cars before it's my turn.

Other reviews are accurate... They charge you more than what the sign says and blame it on sign being behind the schedule.

I seriously don't know why we continue to come here except that the next closest location is 15 minutes farther but this little experience will be my last here. I'll never EVER return to this location.

Fixes: Temp close Fire everyone under performing Scrape and Rebuild with a parking lot that allows people to leave the line if they change their mind. Ok... One car to go...
