I was overcharched and i pointed7 out where they were wrong on my receipt and it went from subtotal 27.97 and 2.70 taxes wich is wrong but oh well my total shouldnt be 45.00. I explained to some child that could not make a decision . All im Saying is im 1 customer and 45.00 - 30.and some change is a little under 14 dollars dirty profit. Multiply that by 365 days. Thats 5110.00. 1 customer a day brings roughly 5110 dollars a year. Im a latino man and i think they took it easy on me but i can imagine how they would do a non latin man. Do not underestimate these people. They told me to come back the next day and Raul would be yhere to stop this priblem. I show up after i left my food and was overcharcged he said he would make it right but ciuldnt even face me with ny receipt in hand. He sent a ypung girl tnat didnt speak or underdtand englush the wau we do. I educated her on taxes and she smiled likr she didmt know what i was saying. Numbers dtill dont iie but peiple who dond know shouldnt argue when they dont know. I tried and had to leave becuse they didnt understand or they are too rich off that untaxed scam money. They get caughr all tje time and if you catch it fast enough they refund but only fast enoygh. I sat down and went to the cashier and got nowhere. Read moreBefore I start, I will qualify myself by letting you know that I am Mexican and I am from SoCal. I eat in joints and taco trucks in LA Santa Ana and San Diego. I've eaten super spicy food and understand that you have to cater to your clients but here the food was Bland. No flavor. Not even heat. Salsa is water and salt with color either red or green. Chile Verde burrito was just pork, this is a simple Mexican staple that is simple to make, here it's bland tough and chewy. Next the tripas tacos I asked for extra well done and crispy. They looked and tasted horrible. No crispness and they tasted old. The other item that actually we just threw out was the cabeza tacos, they actually had turned. The meat had a gamey flavor unlike many other times we've had these meats. Why is it that these places have to overload the burritos with rice to hide the unpleasantness of the meat. Also I asked for no salsa no Pico DE Gallo and light rice. She wrote it down on the ticket but it was ignored. Simply 65.00 dollars wasted. Don't do it, GO somewhere else SKIP this place. I actually had tacos from a liquor store parking lot last night that was leaps and bounds much better and that was in Daly City they had awesome salsas.
My go to place was closed and this was on my way to the freeway. I usually go to the food truck around the corner in the Target parking lot and that place...
Read moreThis review doesn't even deserve one star. Have done take out from this place a few times. Unfortunately, today I ordered something without meat and they put meat in it. I'm a strict vegetarian. Because of my religious beliefs I could sue them. I called to ask them to fix the problem, the girl on the phone was quite apathetic and didn't really care. She wanted me to come in rush hour traffic to return the incorrect item and then pick up the what I ordered. In this day of customer service you would think that places would really care about business and customers and try to keep happy customers. But not this place. The right thing for any business is to fix the problem ASAP without inconveniencing the customer. She didn't offer me a credit on a future purchase. I asked her to send someone to deliver the right item. She didn't care. When I told her I was going to write negative reviews she didn't care about that either. She said go ahead. Not a good way to run a business in this day and age. It seems this place doesn't really care about their customers and what they serve them. Eater beware of what you get here, especially if you have dietary restrictions because you may just get the MYSTERY dish. Lack of their customer service is just unbelievable...
