Taquería Tres Hermanos — Restaurant in Mountain View

I am honestly very disappointed in this place on so many levels, especially because live nearby and would be nice to have this as a go-to spot. just ordered here today and had to write this.

Starting with the food, I ordered a super burrito and got what looks like a bean and cheese burrito. There was hardly any meat in there and mostly rice and certainly no guacamole, sour cream, or salsa in there. From the meat could taste, it certainly didn't seem to be al pastor and instead looks more like barbacoa--not sweetness at all and pretty salty. I had asked what type of beans were in the burrito and was told pinto beans but not of what ate were solid beans and looked more like refried beans instead.

Now, onto the service. I had taken the order togo and asked for some extra salsa and was told that it was already included, only to find one packet of it for 3 separate dishes. If it costs extra, just say so.

To the lady at the register, you're racist. There was an African American gentleman that was behind me in line. He had kindly asked if he could use the restroom and she quipped back with 'its only for customers'. didn't see his face but he proceeded to step out of line and go to the bathroom but had stopped near the register to confirm he could go. She told him that 'the restroom is for customers, but go ahead'. She looked at me as if understood what she meant and smiled. Why, because he is a black man? That automatically means that he doesn't belong? He was dressed for work, had a work badge and otherwise didn't look like he was freeloading or trying to.

I really hope that he or others see this and no longer patronize this business. This was my first and certainly last...

I ordered a steak California burrito with no rice, recieved a chicken burrito with rice and it was just too spicy to enjoy. I talked with the guy who placed my order and he yelled over the counter, around what ever little guest that were there and said that that was what i ordered. As for the food it was bland and void of flavor, the textures of the stale old rice and over cooked beans as well as the chicken which tasted of wet dog were all over spiced and seasoned with too much cumin. All of which hasn't set well in my stomach which brings me to warn you about such a place. Truly a massacre for such treatment of a customer, let alone irresponsible for the management to allow such a person to work at an establishment where they are facing customers with such an attitude and negligence.

I didn't finish my food. It was the first and it will be the last time i ever visit such a vulgar restaurant.

From the walk in, there were less than seven people and at a busy lunchtime and that should have been a sign that this place would be a solid no. Walk away while you can, save yourself from getting food poisoning. This isn't a one off chance, I've been here before and never ate their food and of those times before its been with other people who have...

Staff is very unprofessional. Had a lady with glasses yank her phone out and put it in the cashiers face and together they looked at something online and started to conversate about jewelry. While I had already been standing there waiting to be ATLEAST ACKNOWLEDGED for a good 13minutes I had to wait for the ladies to finish up their conversation so I could get my drinks. The cashier kept giving my girlfriend the stink eye and not to mention when i received my "SUPER BURRITO" I had about 3 pounds of unshredded chicken inside with about 3 scoops of rice and 5 of beans. No sour cream no guac no nothing. I decided to ask for some "SALSA VERDE" to give the burrito some kind of taste and I was surprised to see about 5L of water with some seeds, some cut up cilantro.. looked more like soup if you ask me. Anyway, I have photos of the food they sold me and id more than happy to show you. You know for references😉...
