Therapy Stores — Local services in Mountain View

Coming into therapy is always a treat. I don't write a ton of reviews - just recently started trying to boost a few of my favorite places over the last few months, and therapy definitely deserves one. Pre-covid, whenever I had happy hours or dinners on Castro, I'd wander into therapy before or after, just to see what goodies they might have. I'd always be amused looking at everything they had.

They have soooo many cute, trendy gifts! You can find things for babies or for the home, books for travel, cooking, or satirical humor, apparel and accessories for women and men, and the softest cutest stuffed animals... just to name a few.. They always change their selection, so you'll always find something new.

To top it off, their staff is ALWAYS so friendly and personable. Just last week, i went to Castro again and was excited to see therapy re-opened. I strolled in and was greeted by the manager on that day- Savannah. She was just full of positive vibes, and it was such a joy to have a conversation with her in the middle of shelter in place. It made me reflect that anytime I bought something from therapy, I always had a genuinely pleasant conversation with each of the staff that rang me up in the past. Needless to say, I always walk out of the store feeling a bit happier.

An absolute gem! I love this place! Every time I walk in, I'm amazed by the thoughtfully curated selection of iteme! From unique home decor and stylish apparel to cute little clever gifts and locally inspired finds. The store strikes a perfect balance between trendy and timeless, and the quality of everything they carry is top-notch.

The staff they have working there are amazing! They’re kind and thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing, just people you’d have a good chat with! I love to pop in whenever I’m in the area, sometimes I'm browsing for a gift or treating myself, or just going to look around and they always go above and beyond to make the experience fun!

Came to this store an hour before our appointment to shop, at about 5pm. the sign said they were closed for lunch and would "be back soon" But didn't give anytime frame. their online hours don't say anything about closing around 5pm for lunch. We walked around and kept checking back. 45mins later still closed. at least put a sign up saying when you will be back, especially when we went out of our way to come here.
