Meat House - Mountain View, located right in front of the train station, is a butcher shop Iāve had my eye on for quite some time. Typically, for hot pot or Japanese BBQ, I would purchase beef from Japanese supermarkets. However, after hearing glowing recommendations about this place, I decided to give their beef a try tonight with my homemade kombu broth.
The shop offers a variety of beef cuts to choose from. When I mentioned that I preferred more tender meat, the staff recommended the chuck roll (though I admit Iām not very familiar with beef cuts). Initially, I was hoping to purchase A5 Wagyu, but unfortunately, they only carry American Wagyu.
